This is an older facility which is very well maintained and a pleasure to visit. The price was ideal for our purposes (four guys in town for a weekend golf tournament). It is on the main road, so easy to find but was surprisingly not particularly noisy. It is right next door to a supermarket and has all the equipment to cook a meal (had we chosen). It is in short walking distance to a range of shops. In short it is ideal for a night stop or a longer break in the area. There are a wide range of attractions in and around the town for all tastes.

Booked 3 weeks in advance. Arrived at 2.45pm and sign on door said no one in office until 3pm. I waited until owners son arrived at 3.45pm before I could access my room. 50 chanels of sky but no movies which is a first for me as every other motel I stay at advertising 50 plus has movies and I have been travelling the whole country for 5 years now. Room was comfortable but average. Dissappointing...

We spent the first night of our cycle ride on the Roxburgh Gorge cycle trail. The room was clean and tidy and the owners were very pleasant and helpful with all our questions regarding dining options. The motel is within easy walking distance of the town Centre, yet is quiet.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a friends wedding. We were upgraded to a family suite for our stay, and the unit was great. There were beds for 5 people with a full kitchen and large bathroom. The motel is not new but is well maintained and very comfortable.

We are a family of 5, the unit was quite cramped and a bit on the tired side. It was fairly clean and quiet even though it is on the main road. Alexandra probably a bit expensive to stay overnight. Probably won't stay here again
