We found this place randomly, myself my husband and our 6 month old son. Greated immediately by John and given a great motel rate especially considering we had a two bedroom unit (only 2bdrm here). Found the unit comfortable very clean and very warm. Great outdoor area with trampoline and tennis ball games for the kids and a nice bbq area free to use. We only intended to stay one night but in the morning decided to stay again. The next afternoon we got invited to a bbq with all the other guests put on by our hosts for an old neighbour and good friends birthday. Where does this happen!? A couple pulled in mid dinner (now No Vacancy) and were quickly invited, given a beverage and joined in. Amazing! Really recommend this place and will come again. Thanks our awesome hosts John and

The room was very old and tired looking, felt like visiting nana's house 30 years ago. My room was clean at least but my colleagues smelt stale and it reaked of cigarettes. Service was good but until it's upgraded I won't be back.

Though a Studio Unit we found that this would be one of the largest studio units that we have ever stayed in with lovely large sized comfortable bed. The couple managing the Motor Lodge for the owners were really helpful and friendly. I would regard this as a central location right in town. The motor lodge is situated right next to New World which is really useful.

Booked a 2 bedroom unit for 4 nights. My friend and I thought the motel was very clean and well serviced. Staff very friendly and helpful. The New World Supermarket is right next door on one side. The only drawback was the 3 level office block building next door on the other side from the supermarket. When staff from that building were on the deck having a cigarette, they looked right down into the kitchen and back bedroom area of our unit. Motel is right in town, walking distance to restaurants shops etc.

Stayed one night with work. The rooms are quite dated with an old Formica table. I must say the room was clean and tidy and actually the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in away from home. The host was friendly. Only problem was the TV made one hell of a buzzing noise, ready to go up in smoke possibly.
