I had stayed at this motel a few years ago and it now has new owners in the last year or so. So the place was familiar in some respects and has the advantage of being on the main street and next door to the New World supermarket. Always a handy thing. I had booked a Queen studio room for myself and my wife so got a little surprise when we opened the door of our unit and discovered we had been given a two bedroom unit. Quite nice to have the unexpected extra space. We went out to Clyde for early dinner that evening and returned about 8 pm. John, the host, is an extremely friendly and helpful person who gave us a warm welcome to his motel. A complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit was offered and gratefully received. He even put towels on the car windows for frost protection. Fantastic service.

We loved staying at this Motel. The Owners are super nice and could not have been more helpful. Although our room was a little dated it was huge and a great welcome after some of the tiny places we had stayed in. The rooms are being done up and we viewed one that had been and it looked great. Right next door to New World Supermarket with food in the Deli section which we have not seen before. We joined the owners for a Bbq and a quiet drink or two? Highly recommend. Would love to come back!

Hi All, arrived late in Alex on Friday night, phoned and a pleasant gentleman replied with offer that I could not refuse for my wife and myself, really value for money. The family room was clean and tidy, the kitchen self contained with fresh milk for coffee or tea. Amazing shower, a comfort queen size bed, 50 channel TV, GOOD heater, very well equipped room. Thank you

Nice Motel In Alex. Clean and tidy. Well equipped . Good kitchen area. Friendly management too. Would recommend this place. Don't go to stadium bar for food though. I'm sure there are better places to eat in town.
