We stayed at the hotel from May 16 to May 23, two adults and two children. Overall we were pleased with our vacation. At check-in we were offered a room with a sea view for an extra charge of $30, we of course agreed. The view from the room is gorgeous, the balcony is spacious for gatherings in the evenings, you can hear the music of the neighboring hotel. The air conditioning worked well, it cools well, and at night there is an almost silent mode to keep things cool. I was disappointed by the lack of a kettle in the room, as we were with a baby, and to prepare the formula we had to go to the lobby for boiling water. The food is also quite normal, there are many different snacks throughout the day at different points. For breakfast, eggs in different variations, delicious cheeses, cereals, pancakes, sweets for every taste. The only thing that upset me personally was the lack of good coffee in the restaurant bar; they brewed it in the lobby, but we bought ground Turkish coffee in the store and brewed it with boiling water. The child is 6 years old, there was always something to eat, French fries of course, rice, fresh vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens in the evening, chicken, watermelons, apples. An excellent children's club, with a cool evening disco, Nargiza 🔥 There is a shop on site with everything you need, the prices are the same as in the market nearby, and the owner Mustafa is very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaning is voluntary-compulsory; the floors were washed once in 7 days, although the area is cleaned well and regularly. The entrance to the sea leaves much to be desired, take special shoes, or you can buy them from Mustafa for $10-20. The receptionists are responsive and try to quickly resolve all issues.
I would especially like to mention the hammam and massage. Thanks to the administrator Elvira for the consultation, I recommend first the introductory complex, sauna-hamam-massage. I liked that they didn’t force their services and that they treated clients with politeness and respect. I took a course of lymphatic drainage massage with Adam, who also turned out to be a chiropractor. I liked the tact and professionalism of the master, and I noticed improvements from the first session.
Overall the hotel left a pleasant impression.

Hello! We vacationed as a family with children (8 years old and 2 years old). I liked the hotel, the staff is trying hard, the cleaning of the rooms is normal, requests are responded to on time, there are sufficient hygiene supplies. The room lacked a kettle, slippers and a larger trash can. Animation in the hotel is at the highest level! We would like to thank Nargiza for her responsible and caring attitude towards children and for organizing children's leisure time! The children happily ran to her club and children's disco! We also express our deep gratitude to Oscar and his team for the exciting daytime and nighttime entertainment for adults! I didn’t like the work of the kitchen: at times the dishes were poorly washed and despite all the variety of dishes, it was not very tasty. The desserts were the same type and tasteless, so we almost didn’t eat them. At the end of the vacation, our family had an eating disorder: either because of the food and poorly washed dishes in the hotel, or because of the poor quality food on the excursion on the ship. The children no longer wanted to eat what was served in the restaurant. In any case, this issue with food spoiled the impression of the hotel. The waiters try hard and clean everything on time. Nevertheless, we liked the kebabs on skewers in the restaurant, the delicious ice cream in the bar, and the abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables. Fruits include oranges, watermelons, pears, apples. At night, the noisy disco late into the night made it a little difficult to sleep, but this is our subjective opinion of families with children. We ask you to pay attention to preparing better quality delicious food, quality dishwashing and more favorable Internet tariffs (for example, a discount for connecting 2 or more devices). Will we come back again? Maybe yes, if the service gets a little better! Thank you for spending time at your hotel! Best wishes!

I would like to share my impressions about everything. Let's start with the fact that the hotel is located quite far from Antalya Airport, the journey takes about 1.5 hours if you do not stop at other hotels. The hotel has its own beach, which is rocky, so shoes are required. The hotel area is compact, everything is close, which is basically convenient. Good pools, slides (though they work only intermittently, but that was enough), the constant presence of a sufficient number of lifeguards, also at sea. There is a pier near the hotel beach (from the neighboring hotel, but you can easily go in and jump). Of course, it’s not always possible to find free sunbeds, but this no longer depends on the hotel, these are more people who like to take a place and just don’t come))
The rooms and the hotel itself definitely require renovation. The quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired; they did not provide towels, shower gel, or toilet paper. The balcony was not cleaned after previous occupants. I had to run 4 times (!!!) to ask to get out. Please pay attention to this. The towels could also use some updating.
The food leaves much to be desired and is not 5* at all. The first days there was not even pizza in the snack bar or pancakes for breakfast. Alcohol is only local. The choice is not large and quite scarce.
The animation team does not let anyone get bored and this is a big plus of this hotel. Special THANKS to Oscar, Hasan and Nargiz, the guys give their best, they are simply the best!!!! It's obvious that they love their job. I would also like to note the excellent work of the bartender from the snack bar and the waiter of the A la carte restaurant Serdar, always friendly, responsive and pleasant to talk to, thank you. Timur from the spa salon and his massage therapists are professionals in their field.
In fact, there are a lot of questions about the hotel itself and its condition, but the staff is excellent! Thanks for the rest.

Pros:
1. The hotel has everything that a five-star hotel should (swimming pools, slides, gym, children's club, restaurant and bars, sun loungers and towels on the beach).
2. Fruits and vegetables in abundance in the restaurant, ice cream after lunch.
3. Good selection of music by the DJ.
4. There are many lifeguards at the pools and on the beach.
Of the minuses:
1. The hotel is more than 20 years old, there has never been a major renovation, everything is carelessly glued, patched, greased, and painted. Uncomfortable hard beds, poor sound insulation. The hotel area is too compact, privacy and tranquility cannot be found anywhere.
2. There is practically no cleaning in the rooms: the towels and bed sheets were not changed even once in 9 days, the carpet in the room was never vacuumed, the bathroom was never cleaned (sand, hair on the floor was cleaned ourselves).
3. The animation voice acting is too loud, on average 95 dB: the speakers were blasting from morning to evening, starting with the pioneer wake-up call at 10 o’clock and ending with the evening program with Nargiz screaming: “Brrrravo, brrrravo!!! DJ, music!!!” After the second evening, you begin to shudder nervously from this cutting brrrravo and seek refuge on the beach, where the sound of the animation is somewhat drowned out by the noise of the waves. In addition, the animators of two neighboring hotels are also not asleep, and often I heard the sounds of three animations at the same time.
4. The restaurant does not offer meat dishes, if you are not a fan of chicken and bony fish, you will have to eat salads and fruits throughout your vacation. The big disadvantage was the lack of a second service in the restaurant: whoever came first was served. Tables are not re-set after the first guests who have dined have left, drinks are no longer offered (the waiters are busy collecting dirty dishes), and finished serving dishes are not replenished. As a result, everyone runs to dinner at exactly 19:00, creating a crush and excitement.
5. Unfriendly, indifferent staff: no one makes eye contact, no one says hello. The only people who greeted, smiled, and communicated were Timur, the hammam manager, the photographer and the owner of the shop on the ground floor. Thanks to them.
6. The gym is old with rusty equipment, leaking air conditioning and slippery floors. You won't find a water cooler, paper towels or spray to disinfect equipment after use.
6. We returned from vacation sick: our son with otitis media, my husband with a multi-day stomach upset, me with a cold?/flu?/Covid? It will take a week to recover from the rest.
I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Holiday Park Hotel for a fortnight during July 2022.
Readers I strongly would not recommend this hotel even if your on a strict budget.
There are flies all over the food especially at evenings and staffs don't seem to bother about this given their not eating the food.
Unfortunately despite consuming as little as possible after 4ó hrs of staying at this accommodation myself and children's had horrible stomach pains for days and constant vomiting we stayed in bed and required medical assistant.
To make things worst our family room smelt of rotten drains and the front desk staff didn't seem to care about rectifying the problem expeditiously until we had enough and demanded to be moved after 4 days of misery.
I met just one member of staff that spoken English in this hotel so a bad choice if you only speak English.
Please don't make the same mistake as I did prior to booking this hotel and instead please read the reviews carefully before thinking about booking.
Finally I don't generally post bad feedback about anything but believe me this hotel is poor and you'll be disappointed if you ignore the bad reviews,it's terrible.

Only recently returned from this hotel. The hotel is my biggest disappointment, an A for sure. There is practically no territory, the only + is access to the sea it directly from the hotel, the beach stones and not what non-sandy-pebble, without aquachuses straight will be hard, the sea is clear.
They moved in right away, but... The room was originally given for the disabled, where is my pram and crutches??? Asked them. I don't have any health group, by the way. This room did not even have a fenced shower and a view of the wall of the nearby hotel and their kitchenette. Going down to the reception, please exchange, say no rooms, even though at the time of arrival the hotel was less than half full. The swearing wasn't without a number change, which cost us our nerves. Traveling numbers are kept so they can rip the money off and check in on a fee basis. The bar is a separate subject, it never has red wine or champagne, only a couple of times in 15 days. After a week, the beer was diluted. And this one's called Ultra All-inclusive. Bartenders don't want to do anything without tips, basic cocktails can't do everything they know, vodka and whiskey-cola. Cleaning is only one name, everything needs to be said. The balcony is never washed at all, (I attach a photo of the cleaning), what a surprise awaited us after returning from the sea. Gel dispensers on the key🤣. You won't find toothpastes, bathrobes or slippers here, you bring the girls shampoo. Animation is mediocre, for kids, but there's plenty to do, adults will get bored by day 3. I've been to different countries and hotels and this hotel would get a 3*+. Meals are monotonous, out of + only meat on fire for dinner. There is no berry, the fruit was once peaches and twice nectarines. You don't bring drinks unless you're willing to tip. A pleasant impression was made only by the merchants and the photographer, at least you can talk to them, on distracted topics)
Wi-fi paid for, safe deposit. I will not return to this hotel and will not advise others. If you care about price-quality you can find hotels in the class below, but the level is much more decent.

I don’t know by what principles stars are awarded in Turkey, but the hotel is at best 3*, even by Turkish standards.
Speaking about the staff, on the positive side I would like to note the guys who worked in the canteen (it’s hard to call it a restaurant), bars, lifeguards on the beach and, to some extent, animators. These people tried and we are grateful to them for this. Reception and housekeeping are the bottom. For 9 days the bed was never changed, towels were changed only when the staff had a positive attitude. Regular shortage of toilet paper (I had to run like an idiot to the reception to ask). There was no DO NOT DISTURB sign in the room, I asked at reception twice, but they pretended that they didn’t understand what they were talking about. In short, there was no cleaning of the room at all.
The rooms are old and in poor condition; cosmetics are definitely needed.
The food is quite monotonous, but in principle there was a choice, you can’t complain.
On our 5th day of vacation, a lot of tourists arrived and we immediately felt a shortage of sun loungers on the beach and near the pool. A crowd also formed in the canteen.
Among the advantages, I would like to note the distribution of delicious ice cream, good cocktails (the bartenders tried their best) and a pleasant, clean sea.
To summarize, I will say that if we improve the cleaning of the rooms and make cosmetic repairs, the hotel will be worth the money we paid.

We arrived early in the morning at the hotel, thinking that we are going on vacation and that we will enjoy ourselves,
There, a person called Tayfun, the meanest receptionist I've ever seen, is waiting for us!
Most of the unbrushed waitresses who resisted the smell of sweat, with their sneakers
wash all the mud (I definitely met good waitresses Muhammed, Nazli, Nur, Baytullah Abdullah and Sehriban)
Only one barman served drinks at each counter, and the line was too long to get a drink!
In the room they offered only drinking water, but the UAI concept!
The hotel with the scandalous conditions I've seen, old and unclean everywhere!
A hotel with a large capacity, but with a very small kitchen, a restaurant that does not even meet the standards of this resort because of the proximity, you couldn't even find a place to sit and eat like a human, the same with the pool that had few beds, and the beach with only 45 umbrellas, while the hotel had over 200+ rooms!
"5-star hotel" that does not offer clean towels every day (for a beach towel fee)
"5 star hotel" that does not offer free wifi
"5-star hotel" where every bathroom smells of dirt!
"5-star hotel" that repeats the food until it runs out (I personally made a mark on the food, and I saw the same mark on the food 4 days in a row)!
I hope that no one gets poisoned in this hotel
cursed!
I also wish as many good people as possible all over Europe
read this
comment and to
they decide not to take their vacations in this hotel, which does not even meet the conditions for a dignified vacation compared to the price they pay!
Both Perre Delta Resort and Stela Resort, which are next to this hotel, seem better, seem cleaner, offer everything better than this so-called RESORT!

"5-star hotel" where every bathroom smells of dirt!
"5-star hotel" that repeats the food until it runs out (I personally made a mark on the food, and I saw the same mark on the food 4 days in a row)!
I hope that no one gets poisoned in this hotel
cursed!
I also wish as many good people as possible all over Europe

they decide not to take their vacations in this hotel, which does not even meet the conditions for a dignified vacation compared to the price they pay!
Both Perre Delta Resort and Stela Resort, which are next to this hotel, seem better, seem cleaner, offer everything better than this so-called RESORT!

+1
They paid $100 extra for the sea view for the room, it was all pissed up, smelled like piss. There was an awful smell, number 1301. Cleaning will do, a towel with hair residue was given, the bed was not changed in 5 days. Food is monotonous, meat is not. Drinks are as cheap as possible, no air conditioning at the hotel. Stuffy. The worst moment is a bald Turk in a bar in the extreme where discotheques take place. In front of us, kicked guests out of Kazakhstan. Scary Nazi. So it became a shame for the brothers. He shouted in front of everyone: or out of here! Thinks he's allowed anything, bald, black shirt, thin. Hotel management, look carefully at how it works! It fuels ethnic conflicts. This is unacceptable. Security couldn't solve anything. The sea is the only cool one, and the pools. With spa man strongly insists on calling for treatments yes 35€
