Flies are flying every where. Same food every day. lunch and dinner are the same and not tasty. The plates, forks and bowles are not cleaned properly. I complained to the manager and she tried to give me a small plastic bag with the hotel name on it to make me happy. My second day I got food poisoning and sick. They clean the rooms in a very dismissive way. Towels are very old and outdated. The rooms are so noisy that I did not sleep for a week. The rooms are in front of highway. We upgraded to the poolside but night time noice of disco and people around the swimming pool was disturbing. The beach is very small for a mega hotel and very dirty water. Plastics and garbage everywhere in the water. You have to wake early in the morning to get a chair otherwise you will be sitting in the smoking bar. If you don't smoke then avoid this place as almost everyone in this hotel smokes. Swimming pool is full of kids and diapers are floating around your face. The food wasn't tastey at all, and there wasn't too much choices of food, they cook the food very slowly on purpose which is boring you so you leave and don't eat that way they decrease the amount of consumed food, if you want a slice of pizza you will stand in the queue for an hour, there was no conditioning system at the restaurant while the weather was very hot, the food isn't covered that's why it's always dirty and cold. We spent two weeks at the Orange County Alanya Hotel in July 2024 and unfortunately we have to say that we have had more negative than positive experiences.
