Renovated hotel, decent room. Friendly manager and staff.
Too bad it was managed like a hotel. Fewer activities offered during the week.

The hotel is perfect, the only downside is the Director who is unfriendly and the room manager who seems bitter. It is also necessary to review the TV broadcasting system which is unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. Special mention to the chef and his team who delighted us.

I don't know where to start because I have so much to say.
One thing is certain, the establishment is suffering and it is time to give it a facelift. Poor quality bedding, bathrooms too small, TV out of order throughout the stay, housekeeping is absent for 7 days, deliveries and garbage removal from 6 a.m. under our windows (impossible to rest in the morning), the reflections from certain staff make us think that we are not customers (for some it is time to change path or retire). Fortunately, Bam and Laura are there to bring some comfort to this aging place. Many points can be easily improved with a little kindness, as much as you have to want it.
The only positive point is the catering (don't get carried away, it's still a canteen).
In short, after 4 attempts at the same level, we will no longer return by VTF and will prefer other holiday villages.

Poor room cleanliness, poor guest care at the restaurant, Building needs restyling. Only landscape view worth staying. The Building doesn't have a sufficient safe bikes recovering room. The location Is fine for reaching the city center and the main leisure places

We stayed at this Inn for 3 days.
The three stars are a little wild, but it could pass thanks to the listening, kindness and availability of the staff.

The hotel is well located but has no outdoor facilities for children. The activities offered are quite limited compared to other vtfs and the welcome is quite cavalier. The swing doors at the entrance to the restaurant are dirty and the meals very average. Although we had taken a package with all-inclusive meals, we deserted several times to go to dinner elsewhere. We have the impression of getting drunk on the director who thinks she is at the head of a palace.

This was very average hotel in a small village for winter holidays.
Our room was ok with a small french balcony. There was no air-conditioning.
Personnel was fine.
Village itself is specialised for winter holidays. Many hotels were closed and shops were selling skiis and clothes for winter time. Prices were high. We had a car and it took only 10 minutes to the nearest Italian village. In this Italian village near the border there were plenty of goos groceries, cafeterias and bakeries. And all this with reasonable prices.
