The lobby is nice. That's about it. The room had separate, twin sized beds, bathroom had a large hole in the ceiling with cobwebs hanging out. No towels for showering, bathroom floors and tub were moldy, saw something crawling on the floor so made sure to zip up my luggage immediately after use. There was a mini fridge - for what, I don't know because they did not provide any bottled water or coffee maker in the room. No room service available, no breakfast available. No Qiblah direction for prayer. Just spend the extra few dollars and go to a better hotel.

BEST AVOIDED. I made a reservation with this hotel online. As soon as I had completed the booking, I realised that I had booked the wrong hotel in the wrong country. I immediately telephoned them and although they had not yet received or processed my reservation, they refused to cancel the booking; instead taking advantage of a genuine mistake. I would have understood if the reservation had been held for a month, but this was a genuine mistake that was corrected before they had even received or processed the booking. I think this says a lot about this particular hotel chain.
