my recomendations to who read this text/post are: buy a staying in another place! staff are rude, unkind and disrespectfull, not helpfull, not been up to any kindness and assistance, information or even an welcoming attitude! use your money in a better place than this! the case If you are thinking to book this hotel, i would like to give you the advise that maybe you paying some extra euros, you can have better receptionist staff. and better enviroment. My staying was 2 nights. my expectation for the staying was LOW. just in transit in the city, using just the airport as main reason of the travel to BCN. i checked in night time, the arrival was seeing the lobby with LOUD MUSIC! one of the receptionists were “assisting” (fighting!) some guests in a rude way, that was possible to listen the scream from the staff "so what you want in here?!" to one of the guest and treating them rudly, while they were just asking for assitance and shoked! So on my turn to check in, with the girl (the other receptionsit) that was there. Her assistance was not more than just basicly throw the keys into my hands, check passport and charge me. her manners full of rude attitudes, feeling not up to her basic job! was visible rudeness in her way to do things feeling annoed the assist people. (how to explain the use of keys and internet, ZERO PATIENCE, TREAT AND RESPECT! ) so i came to the room (my request was a not smoking), the room was smelly. i went to reception again and requested to exchange the room. was not big thing the exchange. the complain is about the first receptionist, " what is for you now?". so was clear to see that rudness is the regular way that they treat guests. then got the keys of new room. On the next night after a day of city sitting all day. i expected to have something to eat and rest and leaving next morning. i asked to receptionist(the same who assisted me to check in) about the dinner. showing the QR code i asked why i did to show again if i was already a guest in hotel. so i got the RUDE/ UNKIND/ A LOUDER TONE ON VOICE: "what do you mean?!!" in the rude way AGAIN!! she said that i could not be there. THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLTION, KINDNESS, theirs attitude every moment was "i will not help you, i dont care about!" so a second try with another phone to scan the QR code. DID NOT WORK AGAIN! i showed my QR code to scan it twice! nothing worked. so i left the place and had dinner in another place much better than the noise, loud and rude place that they offer there. at check out time, next morning, my expections was just delivery the keys and leave the place faster than i could! but the recptionist requested my email, for a survey about the hotel and i denied it! then i explaned him the points. he insisted that every body in hotel are happy, and makes no sense what i said to him! he was not able to recognise the failure of the hotels staff. my last request to him was just to leave the place fast as i could and please dont make me wait! his ability to do a last resquet for a guest is very limitated!

We spent one night (a couple and a two years old child). The room is very small, the shower box as well, I barely could fit with my son to shower him. We hadn't the towels for my son. The bed for my son was dirty (image attached). This is not a healthy state for a child bed.

This is our usual stop over hotel when we fly from Barcelona airport. The staff are working hard to continue as normally as possible during the pandemic. Sadly we found that the choices for breakfast have been reduced, notably the types of bread. More care needs to be taken to clean and disinfect the breakfast tables....just my humble opinion. Thank you to the staff.

After a 26€ taxi 🚕 ride I wasn’t getting the vibe of an airport hotel after leaving Barcelona airport one Sunday evening The property is situated in Viladecans in the middle of an industrial estate with very little infrastructure nearby of bars & restaurants unless you want McDonalds 🍔 Staff were friendly and were following Covid guidelines with masks & gels snd check in was quick plus the room was clean and comfortable for the price we paid Overall it’s a run of the mill Ibis hotel but I still prefer Ibis Casteldefels which is nearer in my eyes and has plenty of places to eat and shop just a 10 minute walk away Definitely not really near the airport but as the International airport Barcelona offers not much else of on site properties which is unbelievable so really the choice is yours

The hotel is located in the town of Viladecans, about 5 km from the airport as the crow flies. They don't have their own shuttle to/from the airport, so it's not really an airport hotel. The good thing is that in the hotel you're not stranded, as the services of the town are closeby. There's a McDonald's right next to the hotel and an Aldi next to it. The room was a typical Ibis room. The staff was friendly. A continental breakfast was available for 8 euros. I took the public bus from and to the airport. Bus L99 departs from the bus terminal in T1 (every 30 mins, last bus at 23:15) and goes to the center of Viladecans, a bit over 1 km from the hotel. I walked from the bus stop to the hotel. The cost of a one-way bus ride was 2,40 e, paid in cash to the driver. There were no signs displaying the next stop onboard, so I had to use my phone GPS to see where to get off. The trip to Viladecans took about 15 minutes. The bus back (again every 30 mins, first bus at 5:23) took a slightly different route in Viladecans, with the stop towards the airport being the big stop with 3 bus shelters on the same street as the hotel and on the same side of the street as the hotel. It is in the direction away from the airport, but the bus made a turn towards the airport right after the stop. Despite being a bit far from the airport, I considered my stay to be of good value. A hotel of a similar standard closer to the airport or in the city would have been almost double the price.
