Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms where cleaned every day. They did our laundry when needed. The breakfast every morning was very good. Hotel was located close to shops and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. A+++

If you are searching for a place to stay on Chia, this IS THE PLACE TO STAY. I needed a place near by the Prometric Center. Casa Villa Elena was great because the center was just crossing the street, and they give me a cortesy dinner and breakfast.the room was nice and they make me feel in home.
