I was already in this property in 2022, so I already knew it. I knew of its objective shortcomings, but the situation in this living room has worsened a bit: breakfast is almost non-existent (only a few cookies of a well-known brand and milk or coffee), but on the other hand it was specified in the Reservation that the rate did not include any meal; what is most noteworthy is the extreme heat suffered, because during the day the room heated up a lot due to the fact that it was under a terrace and it was not possible to cool it for the absence of air conditioning, so at night we suffered very hot despite the fact that outside the temperature dropped to 20 degrees (this problem in the previous stay had not occurred, but then we came here in June); then the failure to rearrange the room: we stayed 4 nights and the room was never redone (in the previous stay we had only been two nights, so we had passed over); moreover, not staying in an apartment, even wanting to clean ourselves the room and bathroom we did not have the means. Then of course the other shortcomings already known: obsolete and uncoordinated furniture (as well as towels and sheets / pillowcases) with little attention to aesthetics; the stairs to access the room, the absence of TV. Positively we note the Owner's friendliness and kindness, the presence of a shared kitchen (mostly to store water in the fridge, since it was in the middle of summer; other we did not use), the spacious room with private bathroom, the good location to visit the surroundings, with the possibility of parking near, albeit in the street, the quiet area, the comfortable bed, the view from the room, and finally the economic price (the lowest found in the entire area of the plateau of Navelli and surroundings).

Friendly and helpful staff. Very dirty both in the bathroom, which does not have a bidet, and in the common living area: mold in the fridge, black and yellow lines on the kitchen tops and the stove. View of the room on a dilapidated shed. The terrace for breakfast was excellent, even the cups and the inside of the cutlery drawer were dirty.
