The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. The beach was rubbish with lots of stones which also hurt your feet. Overall the beach was clean however. The Food was so bad, same food pretty much everyday😫 we lived on pasta for the week but did eat out twice which was so much better. There were no restaurants close, just one which was not the cleanest and had to get a taxi as not in walking distance for other restaurants. Staff were nice but some wasn't however families from the uk may have been getting robbed for their Money as they would be placed in a separate building and then forced to pay extra for an upgraded room in the main building or go to the other building which is 5 minutes away from hotel plus on a main Road which is busy and not safe for kids to go back and forth to. They also said to just claim from the travel agent in regards to the extra money spent on the upgraded room because apparently "they always refund" and happens all the time. This made me think it was a scam. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in don't go.... if you have money to waste feel free also the staff was asking for pictures of my 4 year girl they love the children do the math. Maids also didn't always clean the room daily and we had to ask for towels and toilet roll as they usually forgot to leave us any. DO NOT GO WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Approached along a wide alley behind a petrol (gas) station doesn't make for a grand entrance. Our room was comfortable and clean with TV and ensuite shower room. Travelling with RSD, we were staying on HB terms. Breakfast and Evening Meal buffets provided a wide selection of good international and local food, with a notable exception of the bread. Once I was luck enough to catch fresh bread coming out of the kitchen. Otherwise, what's left was covered with a cloth and left out until the next meal and if still not finished it was left until the meal after that and it gets *very* stale, so much so that I couldn't bite into it. One morning the restaurant background noise was a gentle hubbub of guests' conversations until the usual "background" music was switched on. The restaurant music is too loud to permit "normal" conversation and I found it quite irritating but that was nothing compared to the swimming pool. We tried to use the pool but couldn't stay there more than a minute or two because deafening rave music was constantly played at a volume which we found painful to our ears. There's also a high metal gantry bridge from the pool area over a wide road leading to the beach, provided guests have a head for heights. In my view, it's disappointing that what could have been a pleasant stay was marred by relatively minor issues which could so easily be resolved.

On arrival at this the throne beach hotel resort and spa in the early hours of the morning there was a large queue to get to reception after about 45 minutes we got to the desk only to be told that we were not booked into the hotel but the annex some 400 metres away out of the hotel onto the main duel carriageway and down a dirt road.
When I complained the and explained the staff member Shukur laughed and said he could give us an upgrade at 150 euros which we had no option but to pay.
The newly upgraded room the first thing to hit us was the smell of raw sewage, I phone reception to complain and was told that there was no point in moving us as all the rooms were the same.
I had to soak a towel and place it over the grating on the bathroom floor to try and kill the smell.
There were bugs on the bed on a regular basis, human hair in the shower grating and in the grating on the balcony, we asked the cleaners on three different occasion to attend to this and when we left after a 10 day stay the hair was still there.
The shower had mild in all the four corners.
They advertise a private beach 300 metres from the hotel, not true it is more like 1,000 metres and you have to go up 30 odd stairs, over a flyover to get by the main duel carriageway, down another 30 odds stairs along a very uneven pavement which is nothing short of dangerous for through a private housing complex for 100 metres then turn back on yourselves for another 400 metres and this is just to get to the beach bar but you are still 100 metres away from the rocky beach at the waters edge.
The food in the hotel was well presented but on our 10 day holiday my wife had sickness and diarrhoea for two days and I had sickness and diarrhoea for six days.

They advertise three restaurants but there was only one open and the other two had been closed for some time as all the tables and chairs were stacked up in one corner.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were close and we were told they only open in winter.

The main walkway to the pool had cracked and broken tiles where people walk about in their bare feet.

In the restaurant there was wallpaper hanging off the walls in various areas and parts where the paper had been patch badly with different paper that did not even match the original wallpaper.
We asked Shukur the hotel receptionist if he could get us a taxi to go shopping as I could not see any shops near the hotel and I was told it would be 75 euros round trip.
( my wife is disabled)
We paid this and he made a call in Turkish and a young man came out of the office and asked us to follow him, he lead us out through the restaurant out by the pool onto the main road and into the petrol station next door where he opened a beat up old BMW and preceded to drive us to a mall 17 minutes away.
Two days later we learned there was a mall a 5 euro taxi ride in the other direction and that his car runs on LPG gas which it cost 10.45 Turkish lira to fill the tank.
( about 50 pence in GBP)

Stay away from the disgusting place

I was on holiday with RSD Travel and 1st stopover was Throne hotel. Definitely not a five star hotel I would say 3 star. Room was huge with 3 beds, 4 hangers and door opened straight into the toilet. Not clean at all, moulds in bathroom and stains on pillows. Swimming area poorly kept, tiles loose. Breakfast and dinner loads of cold selections and hot food out for too long and very cold. We paid 2 euros per night for a safe deposit and the second day could not open because the battery run out. At Reception due to language barrier they did not see it as an emergency to open the safe deposit box and 3 people tried and could not open it. The young boy who had set it up the night before opened it with ease in the evening. You have to pay for coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcohol if you are not all inclusive. Very poor service and not at all clean.

Was at the hotel from 08/27/2023 to 09/02/2023 with my family, I am not happy with where I live, and there are a number of reasons for this:
1. Location. The hotel administration settled us not in the main building, but in a bungalow to the accommodation, which passes through the Total gas station. This nuance was not reported to us by the tour operator Sun and Fun. We need to spend breakfast, lunch and dinner with a child through a gas station - where cars constantly pass quickly and it is EXTREMELY UNSAFE! Dirty and dusty air is located along the control road.
2. Daily blackouts. Every day for several hours the lights were turned off in the bungalow, which means that there is no water in the room, the air conditioner and all other electrical appliances do not work, including slides in the pool and music.
3. Unfriendly staff. The hotel staff was constantly looking for a reason to make money on the guests, for example, they said that if you live in the main building, you need to pay extra, the tour operator said that there would be Ultra all inclusive, and in fact they even gave out one ice cream in one hand, they could not take it for themselves and child's ice cream has not yet led the child to the bar! Alcohol is only free, everything else has to be paid for. Cleaning in the room was also very bad everywhere: dust, dirt, mosquitoes fly, there are not even glass glasses and drinking water in the room.
4. Beach. To get to the beach, you need to go along the highway over the bridge and bypass through private property along the path to the beach, where there are huge dogs that bark at passers-by, which makes the path extremely uncomfortable and unsafe with a child!
5. Food. The food is the most of the same type, everything is very spicy, tasteless, sometimes not fresh. No baby food available. The child refused to eat anything from the menu. Not even juice, just diluted water with dye and sugar.
6. A lot of people. The restaurant and the territory can not cope with this type of people, there is a big queue everywhere, while all the guests are dissatisfied and embittered, since the hotel in no way met the expectations of the declared five stars.

If you want to spoil your holiday as much as possible - welcome to Throne Nilbahir Resort & Spa!

I had to spend a week in this hotel as I had made the mistake to book my holiday in Turkey.
The hotel is dirty, the staff is rude, they barely speak any English and if you actually have a problem they just mock you. The food was absolutely horrible same thing every day the problem being that is the same thing from the day before or days before they are just changing the mix not the actual ingredients. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you can not go to a restaurant you are just stuck there. The rooms are really dirty, my bathrooms was full of limescale and dirt, the cleaners only came 2 times to change the bin bag not to actually clean the room. There are so many wrong things with this hotel that I am really amazed that is still running. Overall horrible, horrible experience and really unsafe for womens if they go by themselves.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, don't go!!! Not 5 stars shotel, 3 stars at most!!! The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Too far from city centers, nowhere to go. At first we were not accomodated in main building as was the reservation but in other building which was 5 minutes away from the hotel plus on a main road which is busy and not safe for kids to go back and forth. to. The room in that building was terrible: old, bathroom dirty, everthing was felling apart. The room in main building was ok.Maids also didn't always clean the room daily and we had to ask for towels and toilet roll as they usually forgot to leave us any.
The beach was rubbish with lots of stones which also hurt your feet. The food was ok but same food pretty much everyday. Staff in reception were arrogant, not caring about the problems, we had to say several times before the matter was resolved.
