Detailed Reviews
Wonderful camping ground. We only stayed one night to visit the nearby Zoo.
A lot of space. Reindeers walking through in the evening. Huge kitchen area, BBQ house, playground, mini golf, trampoline. Lake view. You can rent kayaks, swim a.s.o.
Free wifi in the cafe/kitchen area. Washing machine. Clean showers, included in the price.
We will definitely come back when we are around next time.

We stayed in a three bed cabin for one night after a long drive up from Helsinki.
The cabins are basic but clean - we had one with a kitchen but the stovetop was rendered somewhat pointless as there were no pots, pans or utensils! As the rest of our trip was in AirBnBs, we hadn't brought anything with us!
Luckily the main building has a communal kitchen/dining area open 24/7 with everything you could need, so we just used that.
The cabins are very sweet and the views amazing. Curtains do a fairly reasonable job of keeping out the midnight sun. Showers/toilets were good - clean and bright.
Obviously the mosquitos everywhere are actual hell, but if you're not expecting to have to kill a few before you shower, you shouldn't be in Lapland!
Definitely the perfect location for heading to Ranua Zoo - it's a 5 min drive away!

This is a good choice when visiting Ranua zoo. We stayed in a simple cabin with a fridge, a sink and a coffee maker. There was common kitchens and barbecue to make dinner. Mini golf was our kids' favourite. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings.
