Stayed here to do a bit of plane spotting and a getaway for the night. The reception staff were very professional and helpful and very friendly. The room was spotless, very comfortable and our room had an amazing view. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the staff were very friendly, one thing I would say is the restaurant is a little overpriced roughly £20-£30 per person. The view in the evening is amazing and also in the morning. Parking available onsite, option of underground or outside which is £15 for the night which is reasonable for the location. Within 5-10 minute drive to all terminals but there is an option for bus shuttle which is displayed on reception desk. Overall highly recommend for all occasions.

Stayed here for one night to collect a family member coming off a red-eye. Checked in easily but had to wait 5-10 mins, there can be a wait if a large group is in the process of checking in. Once checked in, went up to bedroom and bed was exactly like any other Marriott one, very comfortable with excellent sheets and pillows (felt like I was in heaven after that drive). Had walk-in rainfall shower, which really made a big difference.
Drinks in bar weren't awfully expensive, but I wouldn't eat there. They do have a specialty pizza oven, but I'm sure you can guess.
My only concern is that the car park is drastically unsecured. Very easy to walk around and smash into, which the area is known for (as it is next to Heathrow), all they have are CCTV cameras, and I got the impression that the staff agreed this wasn't sufficient (not directly known).
All in, a good stay, very comfortable but I wouldn't leave my car here if you get a deal for parking it there whilst flying away. I was too paranoid to leave it all night, and checked on it at 3am. Ultimately, official car parks are a lot more secure, even though they cost more.

We stayed here on two ocassions on nights prior to our two flight departures, This property is fairly new, less than two years old. It is very clean and has friendly and professional staff. We selected "Airport View" rooms which were a little more expensive than regular rooms. The property does face the airport but is separated by a road and some buildings. Also, the windows are sound proof so you will not hear any noise. This is a somewhat larger Courtyard with a restaurant. Breakfast was fine, but it's not included. If you are going to Heathrow Airport you have several options, taxi, Uber, bus and Drop-Me Van service (only takes you - cost is about 8 GBP) and will take you directly to your terminal. The bus is cheaper, but its may take up to 45 minutes. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which I recall was about 15 GBP. Rooms are new, with showers. Recommend it.

The Courtyard is a newer hotel that is as close to LHR as any of the other airport hotels on Bath Road. The reason to use any of them really (for me) depends on the amenities and location on Bath Road.
Having stayed in more than one hotel on this road I can tell you that the eastern end (where the Courtyard is placed) has a lot more plane noise than the western end due to being at the end of the runway where you seem to get a lot more engine noise than being a mile down the road.
The hotel itself is clean, modern and perfectly acceptable. If you're a Bonvoy elite, count yourself lucky if you get an upgrade. Parking is £15 a night (typical for hotels in this location). There is the usually UK hotel amenity of a kettle and tea/instant coffee. We also had a mini-fridge. No microwave.
Even being one of the above-referenced Bonvoy elites, one of the reasons I would choose not to stay here again (apart from the plane noise) is the bathroom. Don't get me wrong... it's new and beautiful... but there is nowhere to put anything. There is a whole beautiful blank wall that there could be a multitude of towel rails or hooks for clothes, towels and hanging toiletry bags, but there is nothing. There are two tiny round 'hooks' on the other side of the bathroom to hang everything on (I wish I had a photo - they are completely inadequate). There's even no place for the hand towel by the sink. Crazy. I will put money on the fact that whoever designs these things never actually stays in the room.
The thin walls with noisy neighbors would be the other reason.

This hotel more than delivered in every expectation I had of staying in this brand standard hotel in its location ie outside the Airport perimeter and is now my firm favourite.
It is clean, modern and welcoming at the edge of the perimeter road so more space around it, so views, light and bright hotel. Bedrooms are more than adequate for an overnighter before a flight with easy parking (£15 overnight charge).
The highlight of course is the 6th floor where the Bar and PJ Indian restaurant are located, both with views over the Apron and runway, with own terraces for outdoor seating (Bar seating has roof, the nicer one is PJ as it juts out in front completely open. It is one of the reasons I booked here, it was a late booking (had previously been due to fly out of LGW), so I knew the weather was going to be nice and wanted to enjoy sitting outside early evening. Tried a couple snacks in the Bar (Nachos and calamari, both decent quality), then moved to PJ and shared a curry and paratha also decent.
Service and staff friendly on check-in, Bar, PJ, housekeeping and on check-out.

I went back and forth about which Marriott hotel to book near Heathrow: the Marriott, Renaissance, Moxy, or this Courtyard. But I was ultimately so so pleasantly surprised and happy with my choice, that I imagine when I next stay at Heathrow, I'll again choose this Courtyard!
Given the price here was comparable to the Moxy and the distance comparable amongst all four Marriott hotels, I couldn't have picked a better place to say before an early morning flight. The room was huge, and the entire hotel was quite modern and clean. The bus from the Elizabeth line dropped off right in front of the hotel, and an Uber to the terminal at 5am was around $15. And there's even a restaurant and rooftop bar inside the hotel that's open until 10:30pm.

I stayed in two different rooms at this hotel over two nights - the standard twin and the premier king. The standard room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, but unfortunately wasn't available the second night. The premier room, which was significantly more expensive, felt older and more worn, with a stained carpet and a problem with the heating system that left the room temperature hovering around 16 degrees celsius. A very helpful gentleman from the front desk tried to fix the thermostat, as maintenance had left for the day, but unfortunately the workaround was only temporarily effective. Even without the problems, the only apparent “upgrades” were unusable extra space, a sofa at the foot of the bed and a door to an adjoining room, so I would definitely not recommend the premier room. The standard room was lovely though. In general, this is a nice, newish hotel, very close to Heathrow Terminal 2. You can easily book a punctual and inexpensive shuttle to the airport at a kiosk in the lobby. There is also local transportation into London nearby. Staff are friendly, and rooms are equipped with the best hairdryers of any hotel I've stayed in.

Like all the hotels close to Heathrow, don’t expect much in terms of vistas from your window and the general feel of the area. Overlooking the eastern tip of the runway at the front and the rather odd Airport Bowl bowling alley to the side, the Courtyard is located in a fairly grim part of London with not much within walking distance. You can escape with relative ease if you’re prepared to start your journey by one of the many buses which stop right outside at Harlington Corner on the Bath Road. If you’re arriving by car rather than by plane, parking is charged at £15 per 24 hours for guests and is in part in a covered (if not gated) garage.
The staff I interacted with were polite, courteous and helpful.
Quiet and spacious room with good air conditioning and reasonable amenities (iron/ fridge/ SMART TV with screen mirroring software to allow streaming from my iPhone). The bed was exceptionality comfortable.
Housekeeping standards were reasonable enough for an airport hotel but greater attention was needed in public areas such as the lifts which were smeary and finger marked throughout my stay.
Breakfast was very average. The selection of items was fair enough but the quality of some offerings was poor and this was disappointing. Additionally for a hotel with the thick end of 250 rooms, the seating area felt overly small and cramped at peak times which is not great for those of us who haven’t forgotten there’s an ongoing pandemic.
At the right rate, it may worth considering. I’m not completely sure I’d return though as I’ve had better breakfasts at some of the property’s nearby budget competitors.

We received a warm welcome from Alex who checked us in. Our bags were also taken right to our room. Parking out the front is limited but there is parking at the back, for £15 per night.
Our room was a standard (room 536) but it was large, clean and had a cosy feel with adjustable temperature. We had enough space to unpack cases and move around very easily. There was a large TV, Usb sockets, free WiFi and tea and coffee. Also, a laptop sized safe. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in eco friendly pumps (thank you!) and soap (would be great to see this in a pump too). All toiletries were fine and unless you're adamant you need to use your own, these will be okay. Iron and ironing board in the room and a hairdryer. Lovely white soft towels and a very comfortable bed. I don't think I've ever slept so well at an airport hotel!
Two restaurants and bars, one by reception and the other on the 6th floor. We picked the sky bar which would have been even lovlier on a warmer brighter day as it has outdoor seating with views of the start of the runway. We departed from T5 and this hotel is right opposite the start of the runway. Food smelt good on entering the restaurant but there was only one option for veggies on the fairly extensive specials list and so we asked our waiter, Nestor, if one meat dish could be made into a veggie one. He went to see the chef and they offered us a paneer alternative which was absolutely delicious. Also, loved the rice! Our waitress was also great but we couldn't quite get her name but all staff just seemed focused on great friendly customer service. The cost for two curry dishes, a side of rice, a naan, beer and g&t was around £60 including a tip.
Definitely our favourite Heathrow hotel and are already looking to book for our next trip. Service levels are excellent, rooms are very good and prices are very reasonable compared go alternatives. It was so nice to have such an excellent restaurant on site and we've already spotted the bowling alley next door for our next visit! Thank you for such a great stay.

There is a shuttle, but it's not a complimentary hotel operated shuttle. Hotel Hoppa operates a shuttle service between all of Heathrow's terminals and select hotels around the perimeter of the airport. Courtyard LHR is one of them. Google their name for their website to find schedules, routes, and pricing. I recommend buying a ticket in advance so you don't have to deal with the purchase once you board the bus. Some people did that when I took it this past July and it seemed a little cumbersome and delayed the bus from departing. Hope this helps.
There are more places to choose from in the Harlington area.
