I stayed here for 1 night prior to my flight to Los Angeles. The hotel offers close proximity to Heathrow airport, located only 10 minutes away from terminal 2. For the cost of £59, it was good value for money especially considering it included breakfast however I found the bed to be slightly hard however for just 1 night it did the job.
The hotel doesn’t have many facilities, only a 24 hour reception, a restaurant & bar and a vending machine. The room was big enough for 2 people and the bathroom was modern however from when I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odour, like a musty damp smell. Also there was a mark on the curtain. Additionally, prior to my arrival I requested to have a room with an airport view but despite emailing the hotel and receiving a reply back saying my request had been noted, I ended up with the complete opposite of an airport view, my request wasn’t even mentioned when checking in. The view was nothing short of the back of the hotel looking over some houses.
In relation to the staff, none of the staff went above and beyond - they all seemed very quiet however were pleasant enough. I did not have dinner here but did have breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a variety of different options including a pancake maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon as well as other hot dishes and continental breakfast items. I would not pay £15 each for it, it wasn’t the best - just average quality. Nothing special.
To sum up my stay, for £59 it’s not bad at all and considering everyone here is only staying here for a very short stay, I would recommend it as a more affordable option with close proximity to Heathrow Airport.

A good location close to the airport. The room was clean and modern with an ‘airport’ theme. In the room there were tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water. The shower gel and shampoo was provided in wall dispensers this seems to the ‘in thing’ now to help reduce plastic waste by not using the ‘mini bottles’. Which is a great thing!
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and was replenished. A varied choice of continental and hot foods. There were cereals, pancakes, cooked food items, spreads and jams. There was only one member of staff clearing the tables and she was friendly and doing her best. More staff would create a more smooth breakfast transition as guests waited for clean tables. There appeared to be a coach party staying so it was rather busy when we stayed.
Overall a good stay with good value for money. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel too.

Cons Security needs to be improved. One doesn’t need a key card to access the room floors and no security present to monitor strangers roaming the room floors / lift lobby seating area. Will be discomforting for lone traveller I think. On two occasions saw men sitting on 2nd floor lift lobby or walking the corridors of hotel.
Family room facing runway request was denied due unavailability. Staff could not clearly explain how many family rooms faced the runway. Just ask into check back with them everyday.
Toilet flush is positioned behind upright toilet seat and every time u flush you need to touch the toilet seat to access the flush??
Lack of storage shelves or hangers. We had to keep clothes inside our suitcase and take out clothes each day.
Breakfast buffet was same everyday and same male staff manning needs some service training as ‘scowled and glared’ each morning we ate there. Making us feel like we were charity cases instead of paying guests.
No minibar fridge and iron in the room. We didn’t try requesting for iron from housekeeping.
Overview hotel met our needs and will be back mainly for the location.

I had high expectations for this stay, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
1. Misleading Information – After a 14-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel and checked into a very simple room. When I asked the staff if my room had a safety box, they confirmed it did. However, upon entering, I found no safety box, which was frustrating.
2. Lack of Basic Amenities – Despite paying £70 per day, the hotel did not provide any bathroom amenities. I was told I had to purchase them separately, which is unacceptable for this price range.
3. No Bellman Assistance – There was no staff to assist with my luggage upon arrival, making the check-in process even more tiring after a long journey.
4. Room Phone Not Working – The in-room phone was faulty, meaning I had to physically go down to the reception every time I needed assistance. This was highly inconvenient.
5. Uncomfortable Room Location – My room was located directly above and beside an Esso gas station, which made me feel uneasy and unsafe throughout my stay.
Overall, this hotel fell short of expectations in multiple ways. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the service for future guests.

We stayed here for 2 night before flying out of Heathrow and immediately regretted it. Staff do not help you with luggage or even show you where your room is. The room we had 139 (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) was so dirty and noisy it was hard to sleep. While I appreciate it is opposite and airport, there is ZERO noise cancelling in the rooms. There is a shuttle to around the corner from the hotel which is 9 pounds per person. Better to take the local bus. Dissappointed no free shuttle given airport is within sight. The water system left something to desired. The temperature is inconsistent and would change from freezing to burning hot. I was burnt while showering, not impressed. We stored our bags on our last day for a few hours and when we collected them I was horrified to have the girl at reception desk just open the door where the were and tell us to get them, did not even look at our bag tickets. We could have taken anything and she would not have known or cared. Next time I will rather stay elsewhere

The Ibis Styles near Heathrow is very good value for money, offers free breakfast (with surprisingly good croissants) and its staff are friendly and helpful. The room was basic (as you'd expect) but clean and comfortable. I really recommend it as a place to stay on a stop-over with only one comment - getting there can be a bit time consuming. In my case I waited for 25 minutes for one of the Hoppa hotel shuttle buses - which never came. I also discovered that those buses come close to, but do not actually stop at, the Ibis Styles. Eventually got on another bus when the driver said he would drop me off near the hotel (which, thankfully, he did). To return to the terminal the next morning I crossed the street and, after a fifteen minute wait, boarded the double decker bus to the terminal. None of this was a problem, as such, and I do recommend the Ibis Styles as being excellent value for money (especially given London hotel prices) but it is just a matter of allowing enough time to get to and from the terminal. Nest time I will take a taxi.

My stay at the hotel was just for one night. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom (it’s a pity there was no toothpaste or toothbrushes). The room was quiet, and the reception staff were friendly. Only 15 minutes by bus from the airport (Terminal 5). I didn’t use the breakfast service.

Great location easily reached by bus from the Heathrow terminals (you can use contactless if you don't have an Oyster). Spotlessly clean with a good shower and comfy bed. Welcoming desk staff. Noon checkout which was great for me with a late afternoon flight. Theres a McDonalds nearby for breakfast & coffee. There's an onsite restaurant for dinner with edible food, but really poor service which let the place down. Otherwise just fine for a short stay.

We had enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport and found the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. While checking in, we were given a quiet room on the first floor which was perfect for us. The room was large and the bathroom clean and modern. The location is great as it is next to a convenience store where we were able to get snacks, beverages and other items needed for our stay. There is excellent bus service and we were pleased to catch a bus right in front of the hotel that took us directly to Hampton Court Palace. They have a restaurant on property and also offers tea and coffee for all guests near the lobby. For additional meals you can just walk down the road and find six or more hotels offering restaurant service as well. I can highly recommend the Ibis Styles London Heathrow hotel to anyone looking for great value and convenience.

This hotel is very easy to get to from Heathrow central bus station which is at the airport . Follow the signs from terminal 2 and 3 and get to the central bus station. From there catch the 105 or the 285 bus and stop at the “nene road” stop ( the bus will announce the stops before hand) the hotel is right outside the bus stop and it’s only a 5 minute bus ride. We had 3 Rooms which were okay but some of the beds were uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed! Very thin mattress with no springs. I would avoid the rooms with the sofa bed. Also do not eat at the restaurant we ate there and regretted it instantly - it’s the worst food we had in England and that’s saying something. If you are looking for a quick and easy place to sleep that’s close to Heathrow you can’t go wrong with this place but just don’t expect great food or a comfortable sofa bed. Also check the towels, they gave us dirty ones . On the plus side the coffee machine on the ground floor was lovely and the shower and toilet was modern and clean .

You can get a local London Transport bus which is cheap, £1.75 per trip. You need a credit card and each person needs a different credit card, you can’t pay for more than one trip on one card. Not sure which terminal you’re arriving at but from Terminal 5 it’s bus 423 to New Road and then a 4 minute walk or for terminals 2 and 3 buses leave Heathrow Central which can be reached easily from each terminal and it’s buses 105 or 111 to Harlington Corner and then a 2 minute walk.
On arrival at T3 we got a cab which cost about 15 quid. On departure we took the bus to T5 which is only two or three stops and very easy. The Jubilee Line goes to T3 and T5.
There are more places to choose from in the Harlington area.
