Our family stayed here mid July for a night we booked two Frangipani Rooms.
Our rooms were simple but nice, beds were very comfortable and clean, I especially liked the outdoor bathroom.
We loved the location and the relaxed atmosphere. They had the very talented singer Kuki entertaining us for the night and the resort was packed with people enjoying the great food (eco resort pizzas are so good) and fantastic entertainment.
Just a couple of things would have made it perfect for us. But these by no means put us off wanting to return as this is excellent budget friendly eco accomodation.
* outdoor shower/bathroom could be easily seen into in the Frangipani rooms by upstairs bedrooms. Maybe in future they could look at covering the gaps between the wall and the roof (yes I discovered this by catching someone looking).
* no facilities in rooms to make a hot drink out of hours. Even a hot water zip near reception would be great, I must say staff were happy to make me a coffee when I asked.
* no towels or soap in rooms (thankfully we brought our own). Or sanitising stations around the resort. With the current Covid-19 pandemic it would be beneficial to perhaps advise guests via email to come prepared. It was great that the local Onsite CoOp cafe sold toiletries.

Other wise no complaints these are merely suggestions. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and stay here.

Had a wonderful time at this idealic coastal hideaway, surounded by the rainforest and set on its own private sandy beach bay. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Fiji, it really made us feel like we were separated from the rest of the world in the best possible way. Don't worry there is acceptible WIFI and a few of the guests were working from "Home".

We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks suspended from the beach's plam trees, snorkelling in the protected coastal lagoon (many tropical fish, moray eels, sea cucumbers, etc.) and found the beachouse to be one of the most social places to stay. Very reasonable priced massages and hikes and fishing trips can be taken from here. Accessible from the main coral coast highway by both bus and car.
Rooms are nice, clean and everything we needed, also loved the outdoor ensuite.
Daily happy hour and the menu encompasing local produce and fish changes daily, check the chalk board.

Fantastic trip!! Beachouse is definitely our new favorite place in Fiji. We traveled with our 3 young kids(12,9,7). They didn't want to leave. Breathtaking beach and views! The beach was so soft, white and clear water.we loved our beach walks and collecting the beautiful shells. They have tons of activities, volleyball, kayaking, snorkeling, horse riding (extra charge)surfing, chess, beautiful swing on the beach and hammocks just to lay and enjoy the ocean. Nice small pool and pool and ping poll table.
This is considered a backpackers hotel, but was far better than some fancy resorts in denarau. You cannot beat the beach here. The rooms are very basic, just a bed, night table and console table with outdoor toilet and shower ( we loved it) they had a ceiling fan. We totally loved the basic setting and the very beautiful lush gardens and trees around the property. Only negative experience was our experience with the staff, they didn't seem to pay attention to us and were catering to the other tourists. We had a chance to meet the owner, very nice guy, friendly and down to earth. He has done a fantastic job with this place. Food was ok,didn't have much choice for lunch and dinner, chef said they didn't get their meat supply. Breakfast was basic continental, cereal, toast, fresh fruits, tean and coffee. No complaints there! We will definitely come back, this is a beautiful hidden gem of Fiji. They can organize lots of local tours and trips. You will never be bored here, they cater to all age groups.

Located beachside on the Coral Coast of Fiji with an easy surf break and snorkling spot right out front, The Beachouse is comfortable, friendly and naturally beautiful. As travelers from the US, pricing felt like an amazingly good deal since our dollar counts as double in Fiji right now. The Beachhouse had everything we were looking for: a surf coach, fishing, hiking and snorkling excursions available daily, authentic, fresh food and super tasty cocktails, ping pong, pool table, a nice swimming pool, plentiful hammocks hung in palm trees with water views, interesting guests and super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are simple, many are their own garden nestled cabins with great fans and romantic indoor/outdoor bathrooms with gorgeous showers. Not luxurious, but everything you need to rest well between adventurous days. The Beachouse has something for everyone. For travelers with small children, the water is shallow and safe near the shore and there are all sorts of areas on the grounds to explore. For families with teens, there's an activity calendar daily and they have a fantastic surf coach, Bruce, available for booking. For couples, you couldn't ask for a more romantic and stimulating place to reconnect. The staff is super friendly and helpful, really they start to feel like friends and family after a few days. We extended our stay because we just didn't want to leave! Now that we are back home, we all miss the daily gatherings on the beach to watch the sunset together. The Beachouse is really a most special place. Highly recommended!

This is a laid back resort, planned originally as a backpacker hostel but which now offers chalets in Fijian style – semi-circle of huts. The bures have ceiling fans but not air-con and are quite simple. The bathroom, shower and toilet area is open to the sky which is very pleasant. The bed was firm but comfortable and the room was quite spacious for 2 of us, though it would have been more crowded if all 4 beds had been occupied. We were bothered by noise from a crying baby and children playing until late on one evening as the huts were not at all sound-proof. We did go snorkelling in the bay but it was not at all comparable to the coral reefs on the offshore islands. The sunset views were amazing! And the guided walk up to the waterfall was interesting though very hot and quite strenuous – I ended up letting the rest of the group continue while I wallowed in a lovely pool in the stream. We then had drinking coconuts and curry wraps at a local home on the way back – a nice ‘local’ experience!

Stayed one night in a ground floor Frangipani room. Lovely basic room, firm bed and outdoir private shower and toilet area. Resort is beautiful with a great beach, clean pool area and plenty of seating and hammocks etc. The happy hour period was superb with a great choice of food. The vibe is superb at this resort for all age groups. There's also a great coffee shop 2 minutes walk up the road. Complentary breakfast is also a great bonus for travelling on a budget. I took a 1hr Fiji Massage on the resort which was so relaxing after a busy day.
The only negative comment would be with regard to the younger age group staying during my visit, as the Frangipani rooms have very thin doors and are in blocks of 4 down and 2 up rooms. You can hear people walking around upstairs and in the hallway due to the tile floors and echoing build. There was also two room parties until 1am which prevented any sleep in our block. There are plenty of outdoor space towards the beach for parties and the property should forbid noise in rooms after 10pm. There is also some road traffic noise which can easily be heared throughout the night. I complained about the noise during check out and the private Garden Rooms would have been a better choice for future stays.

I just want to thank Andrew, Cormack,Bruce and the friendly staff at the Beachouse for once again making my trip an awesome experience as usual. I’ve been to the beachouse 5 times over the last 10 years for a good reason. The staff make you feel like one of the family, And being a keen surfer, the surf guides take you to the best waves to surf in the area and give tips for you to catch waves and surf better. The food is unreal,
Fishing trips, snorkeling trips, island tours, horse riding, etc. The beachouse has so many different activities for you or the family to enjoy and all activities are a lot cheaper than other big resorts. There is always a good vibe at the beachouse, and if you just want to chill, they have hamicks to lay in, a pool to cool down, table tennis, pool table, all right next to the bar. And one of the best things to do at the end of a fun day is too grab a beer at happy hour and watch a beautiful sunset right in front of the beachouse.
So I definitely recommend anyone who is thinking of travelling to the Fiji coral coast is to stay at the beachouse, you will enjoy every minute of it!!
Thanks again beachouse crew and I’ll see you guys next year.
Yew soo good!!🤙😃
Ty

This resort is just fabulous! I loved its setting in a lush garden with various bungalows and small buildings with double rooms & dorms. In particular I lived the outdoor bathroom facilities.
Walking towards the beach you reach the restaurant where all meals and an afternoon tea are served, as well as a bar, ping pong tables, a volleyball field and many hammocks and “chairs in the air”.
The staff is super friendly and cheerful.
During the day there is a number of activities organised which are announced on the blackboard.
Food was delicious and reasonably priced. On Saturdays there is a bbq instead of the regular meal selection.
The only thing that I found a bit annoying was the large number of expat families coming in for the weekend.

Wonderful place.
My boyfriend and i stayed here. After being in Nadi for a few days the Beachouse was paradise. It’s a very relaxing place, and we took a walk to the waterfall which cost us $15 fjd.
Our room was basic but that’s all we were looking for. The outdoor bathroom was different.
The gardens were lovely.
Solar hot water, rain water for drinking.
Every meal i ate was delicious and not overly priced.
Spectacular sunsets, the water was lovely for swimming and lots of fish, even at low tide i could see brightly coloured little fish in the rock pools. I lost count of the octopus hiding amongst the rocks. Also, not a lot of plastic in the water or on the beach either.
The staff are very friendly.
I’d definitely recommend this accommodation and if i could afford to visit Fiji again then i would definitely come back.

It was my first visit to Fiji and expectations were surpassed. Entering Beach House, the drive is lined with immaculate landscaping and dreamy bungalows that lead to the main grounds with an ocean view. As a backpacker, I don’t anticipate much, but this was the nicest stay I’ve had in ages. The dorms are clean, quiet, and cozy with a gorgeous outdoor bath and additional bathrooms adjacent. The private rooms as well are lovely, with covered outdoor bath and shower. Each day, there are a plethora of excursions to choose from, from a jungle hike and volleyball to fishing and surf trips. The wave on the reef out front is also perfect for a surf or paddle, and there are plenty of boards and kayaks to use while on site. The food is amazing, lots of Fijian specials, and super affordable.
As a traveler, you know the people make a place. This is true of Beach House. While the place itself is 10/10, the staff are truly beyond. Andrew, the owner, welcomed me like family, and it was genuinely home for a week and a half visit. I cannot wait to come back again and again. Vinaka!

The local buses stop right outside and the drivers know it, you can ask your hotel in Denarau how to catch one, they are super cheap and frequent. Or you can take a taxi which are pretty expensive, its about 1.5-2 hr drive.
