This is a very nice rustic B & B different from the "new" ones in Gozo. The setting is beautiful with a great garden, a nice pool, and very rustic surroundings in general. ideal for relaxation and a mental break. rooms are clean, bathrooms spacious, and overall recommended for all those seeking a good break. The host, Martin, is a great person and he knows his trade well. breakfast is freshly made on order with some products grown by Martin himself.

The room, WI-FI, International cable, pool was nice, restaurant on site, the atmosphere. However, the location is not very accessible, far from anything and everything else, no coffee service/ refrigerator in the room, a little overgrown, needs some weeding, towels in the room were the worst scratchy towels I've ever used in any hotel I've ever stayed in, period. Suited for an older couple.

very nice place in a nice village. The B&B isn't located into the best place of Qala, but the owner is a very nice person. The rooms (he only has 7 rooms) are nice and cleaned. The restaurant is very nice and of good quality, if compare with the standard of Gozo

When we booked in a b&b, we were looking for this friendliness and conviviality that you don't always have in a hotel. Well, it virtually did not exist at Il Wileg. Maybe it was us, I don't know, we thought about it and I cannot understand the reviews saying that the owner was so nice... He was just.. here. When he was here !!! Not really available, he never cared about us, it was even sometimes rude. On the first day he welcomed us quickly for 2 minutes. We went upstairs and when we got down to ask him some questions, he wasnt here anymore. Ok. Then we ate at his restaurant (he did not even tell us that there was a restaurant) and he stayed in the back and did not care to come and greet us. He just said "hi" when we got back to our room. He seemed to be very stressing upon the waitresses... He did not give us informations about Gozo during our whole trip (3 nights). And our last day, he just took our money, did not even care to ask us how the trip has been going, or else, our future destination in Malta, etc.... No business friendly !!!!
Apart from that the breakfast is good, the b&b is clean, but not so well located but you can rent a car nearby.

The best four days of the summer Lovely little B&B it makes you feel like you house, Martin is a excellent host all over a great experience, service is fantastic the food is fantastic I think Martin is a chef, the little pool is wonderful great location the rooms a nice and clean great location

Drove by, called Martin, and he was completely helpful and efficient. Checked in last minute and the breakfast was simple and delicious. Big bonus, fresh barista coffee.
Space is great and clean. Typical Gozitan heritage farmhouse. Pool clean and the sound of the farming country adds to a great energy.

They really make you feel at home. Very nice people and always ready to help you. We where never lack of anything. Free tea and coffee anytime you want. The breackfast is also very good and plenty, eat as much as you like. Parking no problem and it is situated in a very quite area. Worth every penny spent. Very satisfied in this B&B

If you want a quaint,clean and quiet place to relax on Gozo this is the perfect place. My deluxe room with a terrace was great. The hydro wires on the comino view were the only downfall. Not his fault. My room was spotless on arrival and Martin is a wonderful host. Very helpful with tips and suggestions. I would stay here again any time.

The room with the terrace is nice and the terrace offers a beautiful view over the seay the athmosphere is caml and familiar. The place is nice but I would say it is a little too expensive compared to the other B&B we stayed at during our trip in Malta.

Clear NO GO! Had to wait approx 60-75min to get in as door was closed and owner was sleeping thererore not answered the phone. Bell was also broken.. Finally we got in but in a wrong room (booked by someone else) then moved to our room which was not made by that time (arrived at 5:30pm!) Cleaning lady came and made the bed only.. I guess the room was not cleaned up as the mirror had dried water drops on and sink had brown dirt on top. It was claimed that the bed is an extra large (>200cm) but as you can see on the pic, not even reached 2m! No cleaning around the pool area. :( The garden again :( ... look at the photos. Slice of a pizza was there when we arrived, still there 24h later.. All in all we left earlier and found much better place for cheaper price. So my advice to you is go back to the list and find other place to stay.
