We took a detour visiting family and was looking for short stay on short notice. Found this property, booking easy, check in no problem. We had a top floor room with balcony right on Atlantic with great views. Hotel has pool, hot tub and lounge on beach front. I was very impressed with room, cleanliness and friendly staff. Room had fully stocked kitchenette with silverware, cookware, micro, oven/stove, fridge/freezer so we were able to save $$ on dining out ( especially tough at times with 2 year old ). Nice bonus on washer / dryers on site ( pay ), beach towels and car wash / vac in lower garage. For the price paid, felt it was a great value and would return.

Our room was very very clean. We used the hot tub and pool-- very clean and an endless supply of towels. The patio has a place to walk onto the beach and a sprayer to clean the sand off. Safe and secure parking garage. Very friendly staff the evening we got there. We ordered Chinese food at about 9pm and ate on our balcony while listening to the waves. Very quiet place to stay. Will stay there again when in town. Great price as well. Thank you!!!

I chose this location because I wanted some beach time, however, it was the height of Spring Break and I didn't want to share my little slice of heaven with hundreds of drunken college kids. I called the hotel before I booked to ask and was told they were more family friendly, which was true! I booked a Oceanfront King Suite which featured a King bed, couch, table & 2 chairs and an oceanfront balcony, fridge & microwave. Our unit was very clean. They were very strict about mask-wearing in the lobby. I came in from a beach walk & forgot mine and was called out for that immediately, which is a good thing, I guess. We never used the pool, but sat in that area a little. Mostly I enjoyed listening to the sounds of the ocean and soaking it all in from our balcony. Overall this was a great location and I would definitely book here again!

The hotel was clean overall, the location beautiful because we wanted ocen view and we got it BUT the first room "501" that we got smell like someone smoke in there, we head down to the lobby to get another room and the lady downstairs says "all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms" and she moves us the other wing of the hotel "511" smells like clean perfect. I head to the balcony (that's the whole reason we got that hotel, the view from the balconies) smells like smoke I look down "411" there's a lady smoking below me. I go to the lobby tell the lady at front desk "they're smoking below us" (shows her the picture that I took) and she's proceeds to tell me "that they're rooms are non-smoking smoking but they can smoke in the balconies" thaf in my opinion doesn't make sound at all because if she leaves the balcony door open all the smell is going to get into the room. She tells "o that's 411 they don't smoke" (even thought I just show her a picture) she didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer to move us again so I just headed back to my roon. That same night we saw multiple persons smoking in their balconies.Â

I am sorry you encountered a problem. Our rooms are non-smoking and not permitted to smoke in the rooms. They are however allowed to smoke on the balcony with the balcony door closed or they are subject to a fee. I do apologize and we are rethinking the policy and may be moving towards a designated smoking area only. Disgusting hotel. The floors are dirty, the carpet is brown and stained. The walls were dirty. We found hair on the bed sheets and the pillow cases. There was mold in the vent in the bathroom and the entire hotel smells like mold and smoke. Staff not wearing masks and customers not wearing masks as well. Front desk staff were VERY rude on multiple interactions from asking for towels to getting additional room keys. It like they were bothered by guests.

Great stay, awesome service and everyone was absolutely friendly! My friend and I got away for a girls weekend and the location was great. Leisure time at the pool and walk down the steps right into the beach. Vendor was available and able to rent lounge chairs, umbrella and a small table and didn’t have to worry about carrying anything with us but adult beverages. Only thing I wish it had was an outside shower area where we could spray off before going back in. They did have a small hose to spray your feet and legs off.

As a last minute beach trip to celebrate my husband's 45th birthday (family of four including girl 13ys and boy 15ys), this place ended up being perfect. By no means it's this place luxurious or anything, but it well exceeded my expectations.
The room was very clean. Almost every room has balcony and that was perfect for watching the sunrise and for getting out of the sun in the afternoon. Queen beds were pretty comfy. Linens were nothing fancy, but were clean and fresh. Air conditioning was cold. Shower was a bit tight, but was updated, clean and the shower head was SO much better than other beach hotels that have those low pressure sprays, and plenty of hot water at all hours of the day. Kitchen lacked counter space, but table available in the room for us to cook or own breakfast and eat pizza dinner.
The hotel grounds were ok. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The rooms were very easily accessible and the beach is right there. Plenty of parking to come and go. Publix one mile away. Starbucks a block away. The coffee in the room was not good and the coffee available in the lobby wasn't much better. No breakfast served.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only thing this hotel has going for them is they are on the beach. We go down to the pool and there us loud , vulger rap music playing. The hot tub is full of adults smoking so much weed cheech and chung would be ashamed. My kids are 6 and 8. Not an atmosphere appropriate for them. The hotels location is close to many restaraunts and stores. You have beach access but it is by stairs. Not great when you have a bunch of stuff to drag down and back up from the beach. Especially when everything has wheels. The hotel next door has a lovely ramp. Yes you can park on the beach. However, I couldnt see how cars were getting onto the beach. There is only one very small elevator. I needed to go down and waited over 45 mins trying to get on the elevator that was not full. None of the guests were wearing masks and the elevator isnt even 6 feet wide to social distance from even one person let alone 4 or 5. If you need to go down a floor (s) push the up button. Thats the only way you will get an empty elevator. The doors to the room will not open or close without extreme force. And watch your kids they will get clobbered by the door. The bathroom door you can barely close while your inside. Thats how small the bathroom is. And the door sticks so your trapped inside.

I do appreciate you staying with us. We did have a group that we ended up evicting from the hotel because our hotel is a family friendly hotel as you can see by our hundreds of reviews. I apologize to you as they were not following the rules and procedures but they were removed and will not be coming back. Our guests are wearing masks in all the indoor public spaces, but not outside. I have not heard or seen in any reviews about the doors but I will check your room to make sure there is not a problem. I am sorry if it was an inconvenience, I do not see any work order for our maintenance department and if I had known during your visit, I would have corrected it immediately. This property has a great location right on the beach. Rooms with oceanfront views are the best, but floors 3 or higher. We were originally allocated a room on the 1st floor, which is actually one level down from the lobby. The oceanfront view was of the back of the row of sun loungers by the pool area! We asked to be moved to a higher floor. At first this seemed to be a problem but when we explained that we would not be staying, a room on the 4th floor was found for us. From there we had a great ocean view.
The room we had was an "efficiency" which had a full size fridge/freezer, full size cooker, microwave, toaster and sink. However, there was no drainer with the sink and no work surface. The table was at the other end of the room so it would not really be appropriate for doing much cooking. We just had breakfast there, which was fine.
This is an old property and is in need of a refurbishment. Staff are friendly and it's fine for a few days' stay. Walking distance to restaurants. Crazy golf opposite is great, and quite addictive!

Got away from Orlando over the July 4th holiday. This property occupies the middle ground between "Dump" and "High End" - and that's reflected in the rate and product received. Cleanliness was very good, but the place was tired. People staying here are not the most considerate of their fellow human beings. It was disappointing.

they will be out on the beach to rent. Just walk onto the beach from the hotel and they will be there about 9am. you can rent by the day or week. If no one is there just start using the one you want that is set up and they will be back to talk to you as they will be busy setting up farther down the beach
Hotel is on the beach and has beach access Daytona has its own small airport but the major airports like Orlando-Sanford, Orlando Intl and Jacksonville Intl are all an hour or more driving distance from Daytona beach shores.
