We loved our stay of 7 nights by Jonas and Thomas. They are the best and nicest hosts we ever had! Everything is well decorated, we liked that style. Wonderful swimmingpool with enough sunbeds. All was very proper and clean. The bar with good prices was absolute an extra plus. The breakfast was so good and fresh. A lot of self made things which were amazing. Especially the jam and don’t forget the sweets😋 The list of recommendations we got from them for restaurants were super handy. We didn’t have to search by ourselves and every day we choose another one and all were different, lovely and good. Jonas and Thomas thanks for the nice conversations and we would definitely stay with you if we choose again for Luz.

Last month my husband and I spent 5 days at this wonderful guest house and it is truly exceptional. The owners and hosts, Jonas and Thomas, have obviously carefully considered every last detail in establishing Palm View and all aspects of the guest house are tastefully done with guests ultimate comfort in mind. Our bedroom was perfect with a marvellous view across the pool and beyond to the coast and the pool area was the epitome of relaxation. The inclusive breakfast looked delicious and plentiful (although my husband and I tend to skip breakfast on holiday for a lie in!). The guest house is in a fantastic location within easy reach of Luz by foot but far enough away for complete quiet and tranquility. Nothing was too much trouble for Jonas and Thomas; they gave great recommendations for local restaurants and all kinds of other useful tips. We HIGHLY recommend a visit to this beautiful property in the stunning Algarve. Just bear in mind, it is adults only, so no children under 18.

Our stay at this boutique hotel in Luz was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were taken by the beautiful design—a perfect mix of modern elegance and local charm. Every little detail made the place feel cozy and inviting. The pool, nestled in a lovely garden, was a peaceful retreat where we spent many relaxing days. What really made our stay special were the two wonderful Swedish owners. They made us feel like we were visiting old friends. Their warm hospitality was incredible; they were always ready with local tips, restaurant recommendations, and engaging conversation. Mornings were a treat with a breakfast that was more like a feast. We enjoyed fresh fruit and salads, delicious pastries, and many other tasty options—all beautifully presented. It was clear they put a lot of thought into making sure everyone started their day well-fed and happy. Plus, we loved the free coffee and tea available all day, and the self-service bar with a great selection of beer, wine, liqueurs, and snacks was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Everything was spotless, making it easy for us to relax and feel at home. In short, this boutique hotel in Luz is a true gem. The beautiful design, exceptional service, and fantastic breakfast made our stay truly memorable. We can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Algarve. Wow! Our stay at Palm view guest house was beyond amazing. Thomas and Jonas immediately made us feel at home with their warmest hospitality. Lovely hosts!
The facility was newly renovated and super clean, a lot of love has been put into every details. Incredible design. Our room, Queen room, was spacious and clean with a very unique cool design. Every morning we were served a delicious breakfast - it was 10 out of 10!
The area gave us opportunities to explore beautiful running and walking trials alongside the ocean and Luz town is a beautiful place just walking distance from Palm View.
I definitely recommend Palm view guest house and we're already planning our next stay here!

We stayed 4 nights at the amazing Palm view Guesthouse. The rooms are comfortable and each room is individually designed, very tasteful. The breakfast is out of the ordinary. Very nice and tastefully decorated guest house with very friendly and helpful hosts who served us an excellent breakfast outside by the pool every morning. We really enjoyed the peace and the ambience. We explored the area in a rental car and the many tips from the hosts were very good and extremely helpful.

Jonas and Thomas have decorated this guesthouse very tastefully and when you greet them they immediately give you the feeling that you have known each other for a long time. The breakfast is perfect, fresh fruit, homemade jam, muesli, everything is there, including homemade cookies. It is lovingly prepared in the outdoor kitchen. Fantastic stay Palm view guesthouse. 4 days of absolute relaxation where Jonas and Thomas welcomed us once again with their availability and perfect service. Why? Because you can just feel comfortable here!
It is absolutely remarkable how both hosts continue to think about how to improve the experience and feel-good factor for their guests:
So now a beautiful conservatory, a new cozy covered outdoor area for the fantastic breakfast buffet (the best! Scrambled eggs and homemade jam!) and a large and well-stocked Honesty Bar with an impressive wine selection.
Besides all the innovations Jonas & Thomas have remained the super warm, helpful and excellent hosts and we are very grateful and happy to have been their guests again!
