Nice renovated rooms and top location. Everything close by and at the pool is wonderful. Cheap cocktails and nice snacks on the menu (such as frappuccino and avocado toast, you don't often find in Greece). Friendly staff, friendly staff. The island is beautiful, so much to do and see. The city itself is also worth a visit.

Very lovely renovated apartment complex that is super central right in the heart of all restaurants and supermarket surrounding it.
The apartments have been renovated in October 2019 and a Sunweb exclusively complex, so only Dutch speaking families. Pool was super clean and all people at the pool at the right distance and the rules due to covid-19 where kept super strict that made me feel super safe. Would definitely go back to Amarylis and can recommend it to all.
The apartments/hotel is a family place and the family running it trying there best to make all feel welcome. The rooms all have a full kitchen so if you want to pre-pare lunch or dinner it is possible. The menu at the pool is having some nice dishes (bit English Greek menu) so we hope next year it will be little bit different since we love Greek dishes or just a good sandwich. We looking forward to hearing next year what the have for us.

Very nice hotel in the center of Tsilivi. Close to the beach with comfortable rooms and good facilities. The staff was very friendly and polite and the owner and his son were very friendly and willing to help us with any questions. The food was delicious and at very good prices.

Unfortunately not at all pleased with this accommodation... I spent a week here with a friend of mine, because my usual place was already booked. Fortunately we had very nice housekeepers, which made up for a lot! I will put the other negatives down below for a better overview:

- I don't think the pool is cleaned daily (at least, I didn't see them cleaning the pool in that week), besides that the pool had a strange smell.
- You are also not allowed to consume your own food or drinks by the pool...
- The rooms are EXTREMELY noisy. When someone is walking and talking in the hallway, you can hear it loud and clear. Even when your neighbors are talking in the room, this is clearly audible. Soundproofing from the outside is well regulated.
- The mattresses are all different, so it is hit or miss with which room you are assigned.
- Towel laying is accepted and tolerated here. As they say, there are plenty of cots... Yes but the beds on the left side of the pool are in the shade all day.. Very unfortunate that this is not enforced.
- The shower is often cold and the drainage was not in order in the bathroom (room 102).
- The girls at the reception are impatient and not friendly, except for 1 girl. Very unfortunate.
- When you return to your room after 23:00/00:00, you will no longer be able to use the normal entrance (when staying in the main building). You'll have to take the fire escape to your room. You cannot use the elevator, if you are disabled..
- The bathroom was not cleaned properly on arrival. There was still a lot of soap and lime residue on the shower head and on the walls of the bathroom.
- The Wi-Fi is substandard. In the room you barely have any connection. 4/5G also does poorly in the room.
- During our stay we had a power outage every day. Ranging from 2-15 minutes. Sometimes even twice a day. Very annoying, especially at night because I sleep with a night-time ventilator.

Of course, there are also some positives:
- Location is good. Tsilivi is a nice place with many eateries and shops. The Fir is also opposite the complex which is super nice.
- New towels every day, or an extra set. Super nice!
- Decoration of the studio is beautiful and sleek. We had a full fridge, which was super nice!
- house keeping is sweet and takes care of the rooms neatly! Even my inflatable mattress was neatly tucked into the bed and my respirator mask was neatly hung on the lamp.
- We had requested a room on the ground floor and fortunately also received it. This is because of my mobility. I'm glad you're thinking about this.

All in all, I'm not coming back here. The house keeping and location made up for a lot!

The hotel is located in the center of Tsilivi in one of the most beautiful spots of the village. It is very nice and renovated and includes quietness and center at the same time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they helped us with our questions. We tried food at the hotel bar, which was delicious and tasty.
The rooms were excellent with very comfortable mattresses.
It was definitely one of our best vacations...

Excellent hotel and incredible holidays in Zakynthos! We stayed a week at the hotel and everything was incredible, the food at the hotel bar was delicious and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We rented a car and drove around the island where we were enchanted by its beauty. We will definitely come back as the prices are very reasonable.

In a very good spot near the city but also next to a unique beach. This made our vacation very convenient. Perfect rooms, spacious and obviously renovated. We really liked them. A big thumbs up to the excellent staff who were always kind and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back!

We had a very good experience, our room 301 was a great room, nice view overlooking the pool. I can recommend this hotel, I would stay here again if I revisited Tsilivi. I do not now how the hotel is priced since we bought a charter trip with Airtours.

Can anyone tell me how much the air con is please?
Answer from crayon71
Bristol, United Kingdom14 contributions7 helpful votes
But to be honest we didn’t need it, you cannot have it on when you are not in the room as you have to take your key card with you when you go out and it turns off the electric. Also the shutters keep out the sun so keep them closed when you are not in the room
