Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Rang ahead of time to enquire after a request, told room, is ready come on in now and check in, over an hour ahead of the posted check in time, Mike was brilliant.
Rooms small, but full of quality items, beds great, shower has great pressure and bathroom, spotless.
'Kitchenette, well stocked.
Overall, we could not fault the staff or the room and the loocation is exceptional, usually motels are on main roads and noisy, The Parkview was quiet, peaceful and easy to live in.
Many thanks to Mike and their crew, we;ll be back.

Very tightly packed motel, with parking, car entry and exit tight. Strange set up room, certainly not up to a good standard. Hole in carpet and dirty marks. Room was charged against credit card five days out from stay when it was “Pay at Motel”. For the cost it was not good value.

At approximately 500meters from the centre of town, the Parkview is well located to all local conveniences. Clean and tidy rooms with all the usuals for a motel, air-con, TV, kitchenette, etc.
The service was fantastic, bright and friendly.

This motel is just outside of Auckland so very accessible without being in Auckland. The motel is modern, spotlessly clean warm and quiet. The owner is amazingly friendly and helpful. I have stayed here twice for business and will definitely return...its on my favourite list

We literally just got here to our "one bedroom unit" the kitchenette is in one room with a single bed and the lounge area has a bed and the bathroom off there. Totally misleading in the pics and over the phone. Lady wouldn't give us a discount despite being the one who misled us, didn't apologise and basically pretended to not understand us. Yes it is technically a one bedroom but with a kitchen in it???? Rubbish service and rubbish room and for $158!? Absolute rip off. Would not recommend staying here.

Debra and her husband were lovely - and the rooms were great, very clean and tidy. Booking blind one never really knows, so arriving to the lovely beds and rooms at the end of a long day was wonderful. And on the same street, head to the shops, through the roundabout and there is the Monarch Restaurant - a wonderful meal for three!

Stayed one night - May 2013. Very Clean and Tidy Rooms, and very Modern. Close to town and supermaket, so very handy location. However the walls are quiet thin, and can hear conversations in the next room, which was a bit annoying, and when you get people come home at 2-3am in the morning, it does wake you up. But despite that we have booked again as the staff/owner was so very nice and accomodating and that is what it is all about really, getting lovely customer serivce and making you feel welcome, which did happen and would be happy to recomend anybody to stay here.....

We stayed her for 2 nights in March.

It is very central to Pukekohe centre (within walking distance) and there is a Pak N Save (large supermarket) just around the corner.

There is a king bed in the lounge room and then a separate room with a single bed, the dining table and kitchen. The bathroom comes off the lounge.

The room was clean and spacious for what we needed.

The hosts and cleaner were very friendly and nice.

This is the best on offer in Pukehoke or surrounds. Would stay here next time again.

I had room 2, at the front and was very pleased that the traffic stopped at 6pm, just as the hostess said it would.( Traffic noise was minimal anyway with the slider shut) Superb bed, clean and fresh smelling blankets, odourless pillows. Sky TV setup was easy to use. Bathroom facilities spotless as were the glasses and cooking equiptment .Hostess was helpfull and eager to please.Good value for money and located a short walk ,2 mins, from a supermarket and around 10 mins to eateries.I would stay here again.
