A traditional Kiwi holiday park welcomes tourists to relax and unwind or prepare to continue their journey by road or along the Clutha Gold Cycling & Walking trail that passes the park. Our accommodation caters for the budget conscious traveller or holiday maker, who wants comfort and cleanliness in one of our 9 Cabins and many powered and non powered camp sites. There is a great Playground located in the Park and fabulous picnic spots and a seasonal swimming pool are all located within walking distance of the park.

Good communications. Lovely setting, very well maintained camping ground, great facilities, helpful owners. We stayed in self contained cabins which were very clean and comfortable, they provided a good continental breakfast for us, and recommended the local pub for dinner which was also excellent. Highly recommend this camping facility.

We stayed in a "Quail Rise" cabin with kitchen and ensuite at the Millers Flat Holiday Park. Very clean cabin. Furnishings looked fresh and new. Very comfortable with picturesque outlook to the hills, to the east of Millers Flat. A perfect place to stay, while riding the Clutha Gold Cycling Trail. One part of the trail follows the Clutha Mata-au River from Lake Roxburgh Village to Millers Flat. This is a very picturesque trail beside the river, through lush, green farmland. Pinders Pond, 5kms south of Roxburgh, is a lovely sheltered spot for a break with toilet and hand washing facilites. We would say this trail is highly under-rated. Happy holidays!

Amazing park. We drove in late during off season and still we’re welcomed with a warm smile and gracious service. Owner was kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend! Visiting from Canada or else we would definitely be back! Lots of cooking utensils and dishes provided. Clean facilities and kind staff.

The hosts were very lovely and helpful, they made sure we got a beautiful spot right by the river.
The facilities were great, very clean and easy to use. Plenty of toilets and showers.
It's well located next to the river and walking distance from the pub. Great food and good prices.
Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
PS - there's also a beautiful black and white cat who loves belly rubs, with the loudest purr I've heard.

I was travelling solo from Queenstown to Ak taking 6 days to do so, in a rental car. I came across this camp ground by accident, a pleasant accident as it turns out, on Monday 10th Feb this year. Very nice entrance way near the local coffee shop etc. Met the managers at the office when i checked in, was pleasantly surprised at the modest tent site rates. Nothing brand new here BUT everything is in a very tidy clean and well maintained condition, YES even the toilet block. Shower cubicles were generous in size and hot water included, better than some!. The only slight negative was the 10+ rabbits wandering around the property, until you got used to them, nothing unusual for the south island i suppose, and the kitchen/lounge room door had to be kept closed. All in all a great camp ground, as they used to be, getting more & more rare. I'll be back when i do my Autumn South Island Motorcycle Tour. Fully recommended.!!!!

Amazing camping ground. Cabins had everything we needed, great for families. Facilities very clean and tidy. Owners always helpful. Kids loved the playground and the bikes. Having the ability to purchase a pool key for our stay was an added bonus!

We had a family gathering at this camping ground and it was perfect! Husband and I stayed in the almost-brand-new cabin with ensuite, kitchenette and covered deck and the other family members stayed in tents and in a basic cabin. We were all really pleased with the facilities and the environment. Trees all around were gorgeous and the owner-operators were super friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy and functional. We used the large bbq and ate at picnic tables under the shady archgola. There's a great cafe and coffee shop across the road and the huge pool next door was wonderful and very popular. We biked/walked/drove around the area and were all so happy that we're thinking of making it an annual event.

We visited here in October 2023, this is a very beautiful and lovely place with good price to stay! Also it just next to the river which has awesome view, sometimes you can see rabbits running through. Honestly it the best place ever during our road trip in NZ!

Stayed on our way through on the Clutha Gold Trail. We were in one of the new units. Great facilities, including little kitchen. Comfortable beds, really clean and nice photos on the walls with a native bird theme. Breakfast provided . A nice spot to stop.
