Stayed at the Dome Kempinski Belek for two weeks in July and had one of the most terrific hotel-resort experiences of my life there. It was so super relaxing and comfortable, a perfect antidote to a year and a half of pandemic-related stress. Indeed, the hotel management and staff take measures to ensure safety in the current situation (whereas last year the hotel was closed during the pre-vaccine height of the pandemic), but you feel free and relaxed again here. Where do I begin? First of all, the staff is all super friendly and helpful. A shoutout especially to Juneyt the concierge, who helped make all arrangements for my transfer to the hotel from Bodrum and ensured a smooth check-in. The other members of the front desk staff were helpful in making reservations as necessary, for example, beach cabanas, special dinners, etc. My room was very comfortable and spacious, with a nice little balcony with a great sea view. Good mini-bar restocked every day. The main restaurant at the hotel is absolutely marvelous!!! I can’t say enough about it. It was buffet style (and included in my all-inclusive rate) and I was so pleasantly surprised at the high QUALITY of the food—like a fancy a-la carte restaurant. At dinner in particular, there were dedicated chef stations preparing grilled meats and other specialties. I was there for 2 full weeks and never got tired of the food!!! Turkish food, foreign food… There’s also unlimited alcohol, so plenty of wine and whiskey as desired. There is an a-la-carte restaurant which is excellent as well, both for lunch and dinner. It was a good thing that the pool and beach are so wonderful or I would have gained 10 kilo from my meals at the hotel. Now that I mentioned it, the beach is my FAVORITE. The water in the morning in particular is super calm and wonderful for swimming. Always lots of beach chairs and towels, and servers always bringing drinks and food. Cabanas are a bit expensive, but worth it, if you’re gonna spend the day at the beach. The pool is also amazing and the bar at the center of one of the sections is fun. There are also two bars at the hotel, one with cigars and that was enjoyable as well with my friends. In my two weeks at the hotel, I went out once with a friend to go to the Land of Legends nearby, which was cool, but otherwise it was wonderful enough at the hotel itself to stay put. I hope to return as soon as possible!

Hotel's Favourite
This is a fabulous place! First of all, it is beautiful and elegant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The luxury all inclusive was terrific because it meant that we did not need to think about anything - everything is included, high quality and plentiful. There are many LARGE hotels in the area - this one stands out for being for quiet and tame comparatively speaking. The guests are really nice - not like other high end resorts where people think they should be able to get their way because they pay a lot of money. The other guests were notably nice and not pushy. We had a few interesting encounters in this regard - very nice people. We booked a golf villa which was very nice, spacious and private. It was also very clean and incredibly well stocked with snacks, drinks, even extra towels etc. We had a golf cart to get around. The villa comes with a butler, which was particularly helpful since language is an issue. Our butler - Amehet - was particularly helpful and genuinely interested to make sure we had a great time. Before we arrived, we had booked a cabana on the pier - it was fabulous - and you can choose the one you want. Hint - the ones on the end are more private (so #1 and #10). the ones in the middle closer to others and less shaded. We booked #10 and it was perfect - especially at the end of the day. Before we arrived they also had arranged golf for my husbands and sons and a Spa for me. The golf was good but the one place where there was less than exceptional service. The Spa was an incredible experience - I had the VIP Hamam - what an experience that was - and then the signature massage. Try it... The food is very good and plentiful. We were so comfortable here - we did not even leave the resort... Oh, by the way, we also booked a photographer to takes pictures at Sunset (arranged by our butler) this was very nice.... And on our first day here, it was our 26th wedding anniversary - they set up a nice table for us by the pool and they brought out a special dessert. And they set up Swans on the bed... Overall, an exceptional place with excellent service. We will come back and stay longer... Maybe when it is less hot since there are 10 golf courses in the area!!!

I booked a 9-night stay at Kempinski Belek resort under a discounted offer due to COVID restrictions - for 1,701 Eur for 9 nights in a superior room with a sea view. Although the service is not of the same standard as in other Kempinski hotels, I think for an all-inclusive hotel type (and compared to other hotels in Belek area) the quality was excellent. Almost all staff is English-speaking, friendly and helpful. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the resort sent me complimentary cake, fruits and prosecco to my room as a compliment. And I also received additional sweet treats on the day of departure as a gift from the hotel - I thought these were both very nice gestures which made my day on my birthday - many thanks to the team. Although many facilities were closed during my stay (no piano bar, some restaurants were closed), there was plenty of food and drink options for any taste. They have a special "Ladies in Red" service - the ladies are supposed to assist the guests around the hotel / with requests about tours / services / facilities etc. Although this is an excellent idea and one could see that some of them were giving their best (special thanks to their manager Katerina for her help), I would recommend the resort to provide them with additional training on communication with guests and adjust incentives. As they are rated by the resort by the number of positive reviews they get from the guests, I felt somewhat uncomfortable, as I was approached by them several times with requests to provide a review online as soon as possible (although it was still several days before the end of my stay, and although I have not really received any help from a specific "Lady in Red" person who approached me) - they even called my room at 11pm on that day to remind me that I need to provide a review :-) a somewhat funny experience. In terms of service, some additional training could be provided also to restaurant staff. One day I wanted to have lunch in the beach restaurant, and was told by the staff to come later during the day, as there were no tables for 1 or 2 people. Although there were several free tables for 4 people, I was told they cannot give them to me, because some other bigger groups of guests might come. I felt somewhat humiliated and unwelcome as a single guest, and there was nothing I could do, because I arrived alone, and other restaurants were closed on that day. Also, there was no drinks service on the beach - you had to go to the bar or restaurant to get your own drinks, as there was no staff serving drinks on the beach. This is not really an idea of a 5-star experience I had in mind. Interesting thing to note about the resort is that although it is branded as "all inclusive", many services on site are for additional charge (for example, the beds on the pier cost 250 Euro extra per day, and there is a section in the restaurant menu that you can only order at an additional cost, plus all A-la-carte restaurants are also for an additional cost of c.20-25 Euro per person). In general, the resort has excellent facilities and a beautiful surrounding area with a large park and a private golf court - I would recommend taking a stroll there - you should budget at least 1 hour as the territory is vast. Despite some points for improvement above, I find it to be an excellent resort for the price (especially given this is a Kempinski resort), I really enjoyed my experience and would visit again in the future. It does not have a lot of activities, but I would recommend it for families and couples looking for a peaceful and calm resort experience.

I spent an enchanting stay with my daughter, Patricia, at the end of August 2021, in Turkey, at Kempinski Hotel The Dome, Belek. A special location, both in terms of the hotel, and beach, and services. This hotel full of serenity offers a unique service in line with its Luxury All Inclusive Concept. We had a very nice room, with sea view, located on floor 2, of the hotel which had 3 floors (room 205). The rooms are large, spacious, and the cleanliness is exemplary, performed several times a day. The linen changes the next day .... I would mention the housekeeper Firi Furuzan, very hardworking and kind. Of all the riviera, the private beach of this hotel is the cleanest, equipped with sunbeds with large mattresses and comforters, with fine sand and clean water. Here you will find both turtles and sardine schools, which attest to how clean and ecological the resort is. Do not miss the golf courses, pine forests, lakes with wild ducks and fish, which offer total relaxation. The food is very tasty, the service is exemplary, everything is clean and prompt as if you were at a Michelin star restaurant. I would mention one of the most ... fast and professional at Lale Restaurant, Mahmut Furkan Celik. I recommend you to spend your evenings at Palm Lounge Bar, where you have special music, orchestrated by famous DJs in the area. Look for Soner and Muhammed, who will serve you with great pleasure and you will spend some unforgettable evenings! I would also mention The Dome Caffe, Putter's Jazz Lounge, The Sanitas Spa & Talasso Center and the a la carte restaurants, which make this hotel the best and most luxurious location on the Mediterranean coast.
