Returned 24.10.20 . Hotel Facilities were great , studio room with double balcony & kitchenette . The FO Manager Stoyan was very welcoming and helpful . The staff could'nt have been more friendly and any queries were dealt with immediately. Special thanks to Sylvia in the restaurant, Stephanie & Teodor in the Lobby Bar . Plus our lovely room cleaner Annie :) Despite it being low season , food was good mostly cooked fresh , Spa and indoor pool were open and amazing . Shame about the outdoor pool not in use but would have probably been too cold !!! The beach was lovely and not too far to walk . Would highly recommend and visit again asap :) A restful 8 days .

The staff on the reception are very polite and friendly (in particular front office manager and Krasimira). It's very clean in all hotel, cozy rooms, good food in the restaurant, very usefull spa center. We will visit Emerald beach for sure once again. Me and my brother warmly recommend this hotel. Great place.

We arrived, expecting to be in a 5 star resort. Yeah... if it is 5 out of 20 possible stars. The building itself is old. When you go inside there are parts (like the SPA and the Sky bar), where it looks nice. Then you look around and you are shocked: dirty carpets, walls ruined... and then the room. I still like my husband and we slept on single beds put next to each other, so if he tried to hug me to fall between them. The room gives 1-2 stars vibes at best. The pool and sun-beds were so dirty (see pics) with moss in the pool and I did not use it. Let’s talk about the “all inclusive” part. We arrived in the afternoon, and even though we pay from 12:00 on it was explained we can’t eat anything till dinner. We tried to take at least a drink for this time and it turned out we have to go to the pool bar for free drink and inside we pay. On the pool bar for an hour nobody showed up and we paid for what we needed. Being hungry and thirsty at an all inclusive resort is ridiculous. Dinner was awful, not tasty, lack of options. We talked to 5 people from the staff, because we are chatty and all of them were embarrassed how badly managed and filthy the place is. They said they will not be working here again. Imagine how bad a hotel is, when even the staff wants to run away. Someone shared there are 6-7 cleaning ladies for over 200 rooms. They advised us to not use the pools or eat too much of the food... And there is a sign in the restaurant saying: 200 lv penalty fee if you take food out. How friendly! P.S. This morning we have ants in the bathroom!!! It…

This hotel is realy good place to rest with family or girlfriend. Great rooms, food, pools and bars. The stuff is qualified. I like it and i'll visit it again. Deserved five stars! Visit it and you will not regret it.

This is not what you would expect a 5 star resort to be but is definately 5 star in many ways. Dont be put off by your initial impression or by very negative reviews online. It is definitely worth a visit and excellent value considering the price.
