Within a short walk from the centre of Katelios Village and 600 metres from the nearest beach, the family-run Peristera Apartments offer accommodation with free WiFi amidst a garden with palm trees, olive and fruit trees. Peristera spacious and air-conditioned rooms come with wooden furnishings and tiled floors. Each includes an LCD TV, safety box, kitchenette with cooking rings, mini fridge and an en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The private balconies offer pool, garden or sea views. Guests can relax in the outdoor pool, while there is also a playground for the younger guests. Buffet breakfast is prepared daily. Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, is 25 km away, and Kefalonia Airport is 35 km away. Free private, on-site parking is available.

The Apartments and grounds are kept beautiful and clean. The pool and pool area is lovely and Spiros and family maintain a good standard. It is located in a very quiet location perfect for relaxing either on your balcony or by the pool. The Rooms are lovely and the beds are really comfortable with a really thick mattress. The only down side is the kitchen area, It has a small fridge, sandwich toaster, kettle and only basic crockery and cutlery. There is a small supermarket about 7 mins walk away and a bakery about 10 mins away. On some reviews it says the beach front is 15 mins walk. Well that is a bit on the underside it’s more like 20/25 mins going down and then more on the way back as it is up the hill. On the way back if the weather is hot it is quite exhausting as there are very little places with shade. Because of this we only made the journey once a day.

We loved this. Peaceful setting surrounded by flowers and fruit trees with great pool. The owners were so helpful and kind and let us pick the figs! Breakfast was great- fresh fruit and yoghurt with other cooked choices too . Some people might think the bathroom was a bit basic, but the water was hot and it was always clean. And given the reasonable price you can hardly complain!
An easy and pretty walk to the beach and promenade with lovely tavernas . We will definitely return.

Look no further for paradise. We have just returned from a two week stay and I can honestly say that Peristera Apartments are definitely the best on the island and we have visited 8 times. They are friendly, homely, clean, beautiful, well serviced, spacious and quiet. They are family run and they take pride in providing a lovely setting, I even saw the mother trimming the grass with scissors! There is a new pool which is kept impeccably clean with really comfy sun loungers. It felt like we had the place to ourselves! Katelios, the village, is beautiful. The restaurants serve the most delicious fresh fish and the atmosphere is calm and tranquil. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended! The little kiosk on the beachfront is invaluable and cheap.

Unfriendly unhelpful host, leaking toilet, collapsing shower attachment, not allowed to use the BBQ. No hot water for 3 days. No tea towels or washing up equipment. One knife two forks two teaspoons.A safe you could carry away. Comfortable bed, clean pool. Worst accommodation we’ve stayed in.

Peristera apartments are a perfect base for exploring beautiful Kefalonia set in a quiet peaceful location, Spiros and Dionisis are great hosts nothing is too much trouble our flight was delayed so we arrived at 01.30 but there was Spiros to welcome us. Our apartment (number 2) was regularly serviced, basic but comfortable. The gardens with there fruit trees are lovely as is the pool which is very clean and inviting, the breakfast is varied with plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and home made Greek specialities. Thanks Pantelios brothers for a great stay, will definitely visit you in the future.

My family and I were more than happy for choosing Peristera apartments for our holiday in Kefalonia. Our apartment was lovely and spacious. The swimming pool was nice and very clean. The garden was beautiful – full of blooming flowers and trees. The breakfasts – my favourite! Every morning there was something different and homemade for breakfast and fresh fruits picked from the garden (besides the traditional things that we’d have anywhere else). And the most important thing for that hotel – the fantastic family that runs it. We had the kindest and the most hospitable and helpful hosts ever. Peristera, Dionisis, Spiros – thank you for making our stay in Kefalonia unforgettable!

I have just returned to the UK on 23rd June having spent a fantastic 12 nights at the Peristera What has already been said is very true the rooms were spotless & serviced very regularly with clean towls & bedding The impressive pool was always clear & inviting with ample sun beds for everyone
I was also impressed/pleased that I got free wi-fy in my room which was very helpful as was the safe in my room The huge choice provided at breakfast set me up for the day & the ground coffee was so good ----& plenty of it!!
Many thanks Dionisis too you & your brother for all your help & those welcoming smiles-----I look forward to seeing you both next year

It was my daughter and my first visit to Kefalonia and we couldnt have picked a more perfect place to stay. The apartments are in a quiet location surrounded by beautiful gardens with plants flowers and fruit trees tended and cared for by Spiros and Dionysios....the apartments are beautiful well equiped and cleaned every day by the lovely lady who works for the brothers..the pool and outdoor jacuzzi are so clean and we spent peaceful days relaxing around them...breakfast was a wonderful array of fresh filtered coffee assorted teas and fruit juices cereals youghrts fresh bread and fruit from the gardens and always something extra made fresh by Dionysios...beautiful cakes that melted...the relaxing breakfast was the perfect start to our day....we bought lunch and made it in our apartment sat on the veranda overlooking the gardens and the pool drinking local wine....so beautiful. In the evening a short walk down to the seafront with its array of restraunts and bars overlooking the sea ended our day perfectly...we will be making a return visit to these beautiful apartments and the wonderful little village of Katelos...if your looking for peace and quiet to recharge your batteries in Paradise this is it.

as family we have to say the best. From the gracious and hospitable reception, until the excellent service and functionality of spaces. The quadruple we booked corresponded to 100% of the claims and the surrounding area with the pool left us completely satisfied and relaxed to the child. Thanks for the smiling staff and owners !!! Very nice quiet and clean rooms with excellent service, very polite staff hearty homemade breakfast huge perpoiimenoi and safe outdoors and stunning views from the balcony and of course a beautiful island !!!!! really enjoyed it and will definitely be back !!!

Myself and two friends stayed here for a week at the end of June. We stayed in a family room which was split level with 4 single beds. The welcome was warm and the family and staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfasts were fresh and home cooked and varied every day and they even gave us a bottle of wine and some Greek sweets on our second last night. The apartment was serviced every other day and the standards of cleanliness were second to none. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area immaculately clean and well equipped. The location is just far enough removed from the main "resort" which is essentially a strip of a dozen restaurants along the harbour front but close to the nearest mini market, All in all a superb stay in a beautiful property with wonderful friendly staff.
