Stayed in an Accor property after a long time (Covid...). My status is gone, and I am lowly Classique. Very polite and friendly front desk. However room is very small. No fridge, and no arrangement for coffee in my room. No amenities in the shower. Soap dispenser empty :(. Only two towels and no hand towels. Facilities are sub-par compared to unbranded local 3* properties even in south (Ghardaia, El Oued). Don't recommend this property.

Stayed here during our recent trip to Algeria and was very happy with the experience. The hotel is very clean and smart, and in an ideal location, right in the heart of Constantine. We made the most of the bar each night, either in the Ibis or next door in the adjoining Novotel. The rooms are comfortable enough for a budget hotel, although the curtain in our room needed repairing. We had a buffet breakfast each morning which was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite, so I would recommend this place if visiting wonderful Constantine.

This hotel has a great location that is convenient to markets and restaurants. It is a little worn out and room service was questionable. The room did not have a trash can when I checked in and I had to make a request for one. They first delivered the trash can and a few hours later, they delivered the trash can liner. The room also came with only 2 large towels, one of them I had to use as a shower mat. I would have expected some hand or face towels. The safe also did not work, it required numerous visits over several hours to get fixed. The front desk was very efficient for check in and check out but was not that helpful in providing directions-- I chalk this up to probably a language issue, I only spoke English.

This hotel is almost centrally located, offer small rooms but comfortable and clean. i arrived very late,around 05:00 AM, due to flight delay but i checked in well, the breakfast did not offer enough options for vegans.

The hotel was in a good, central location, with restaurants within walking distance and the Main Pedestrian bridge also nearby. Room was comfortable, aircond was good and WiFi was strong in the room. However, few things have to be improved, for starters the room was not very clean (you can not be barefoot due to some kind of dust or dirt on the floor constantly) and the same can be said for the toilet as well. Another issue I had was the no outside food policy, I understand if its something like durian in Asia, however, not being allowed to bring food in is a major hassle considering that most restaurants outside close early. The Ibis Hotel in Constantine provide a good quality hotel in a very good location. The hotel meets the usual standards of the Ibis chain. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The wifi service is also good. The breakfast is a sumptuous feast. Given that the Cirta Hotel is closed for renovations, the Ibis is a good choice for staying in Constantine.

How can u force your guest to pay cash for every activity or meal you have?During dinner time my wife was harassed just because she didn't have cash to pay the bill while i was not there and i have a paid booking for 2 other days,plus her passport was confiscated by your very unprofessional guest service manager.
