It is a little worn out and room service was questionable. The room did not have a trash can when I checked in and I had to make a request for one. They first delivered the trash can and a few hours later, they delivered the trash can liner. The room also came with only 2 large towels, one of them I had to use as a shower mat. I would have expected some hand or face towels. The safe also did not work, it required numerous visits over several hours to get fixed.
The front desk was very efficient for check in and check out but was not that helpful in providing directions-- I chalk this up to probably a language issue, I only spoke English.
The Pension itself remains simple, with classic Ibis Pension rooms not luxurious but quite decent compared to the (cheap) Award.
The furniture is starting to age a bit but the rooms are clean, the main thing for us.
Besides, the bedding is surprisingly very good, very good comfort.
Breakfast is correct and corresponds to the standard of a Pension in this category. The staff is discreet but efficient.
In short, it is a Pension of medium category but whose geographical location gives it a great advantage.
Very polite and friendly front desk. However room is very small. No fridge, and no arrangement for coffee in my room. No amenities in the shower. Soap dispenser empty :(. Only two towels and no hand towels. Facilities are sub-par compared to unbranded local 3* properties even in south (Ghardaia, El Oued). Don't recommend this property.
--..--! ... not to mention the two clowns at the entrance...so rude and and so mean...
Arrived at 8:00 p.m. on 09/24/23
Buffet at the Novotel empty, there was practically nothing left to eat even though it was still early 8:40 p.m.!!!
No liquid soap in the shower
Toilet 🚽 broken!!!!
The breakfast room, which is supposed to open at 6:30 a.m., but without pastries or bread until 7 a.m.
The room is very correct, the dairy is comfortable, there was a lack of shower gel but in two minutes I had Riad from the house keeping,
In short, I spent 04 days in heaven, they all gave me the impression that I am a real king, and I wanted to thank them all, I highly recommend
very generous breakfast, even dinner with Seif and chef Djana Chouaib,
thank you all, I highly recommend
The rooms are comfortable enough for a budget hotel, although the curtain in our room needed repairing. We had a buffet breakfast each morning which was ok.
The staff were very friendly and polite, so I would recommend this place if visiting wonderful Constantine.
