Unarguably one of the best property of city in a prime location with a proximity to airport, shopping centres and all major institutions. Have been staying here since few days. The property is well kept, sanitized and equipped with all facilities to make the stay comfortable and pleasant with finest hospitality in this tough time.
Rooms are neat, tidy, well sanitized, spacious with great ambiance and beautiful lake view to keep close to nature.
The things I liked most are delicious food (ample choices & on request chefs are kind enough to customize as well) and a very efficient, courteous , professional and humble staff right from lobby to housekeeping & room service. All are polite, soft spoken & willing to support with smile. Worth to mention Ms. Soni, Ms. Subhadarshini, Ms Suman and Mr. Amit, housekeeping supervisor, appreciate you guys for your efforts and concerns in response of queries in least possible time.
Wishing you all the very best, keep it up & continue with the same.

My stay here has been quite pleasant. The room is spacious with good standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Housekeeping is done regularly and assistance is available round the clock, thanks to the One Touch Service.
There's a beautiful view at the rooftop with swimming pool. Gym is adequately equipped as well.
Buffet service at the restaurant is great, with a variety of food items. Also, hospitality of the F&B staff has been commendable. The dining experience starts with receiving greetings from Juhi & Niharika with Garima, actively seeking feedback to ensure my stay is comfortable. Vijay prepares a delicious omelet for me daily, while Tejpratap, Hardeep and Papai are always around to cater to any specific needs.
Overall, it has been a wonderful experience till date.

I was scared staying night outside on my official visit to Gorakhpur during this COVID 19 situation. But it was overwhelming experience with Radisson Blu right from safety measure they have taken to accommodate guests to hygiene, food etc.

There was no tea & coffee maker in room which was housekeeping issue and I end up paying for morning tea.
Taste of Sambhar was spicy on second day and chef said people like spicy here in gorakhpur and day back it was not spicy. He did not admit the mistake rather justifying.

Situated at a very accessible location overlooking the scenic and expansive Ramgarh Tal, Radisson Blu Gorakhpur offers warm hospitality services with all the necessary safety precautions in place. The rooms are nice, cozy and very spacious. We stayed for 1 day and enjoyed buffet food services along with complementary breakfast the next day. The food choices at Radisson vary widely and we got a lot of options, in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine. Overall, it made for a memorable stay and something to look forward to on my next trip to the city.

Our stay for a day on 04 August 2020 in Gorakhpur at Raddison Blu Gorakhpur was fabulous. We had to stay for one night during our move from Siliguri to Jaipur by road. Our apprehensions of stay at a hotel during these times of Covid 19 in terms of proper sanitization measures etc were all put to rest after reaching the hotel as everything was ensured by the hotel staff which made us more than assured that we were safe in the hotel. Here I would like to make special mention of Ms Subhadarsini from the hotel who ensured we got everything we required in time with her prompt response and very positive attitude in these testing times due to COVID 19. 5 stars to Subhadarsini and the hotel 👍
