Nice hotel, but not quite yet polished. Front desk can’t seem to coordinate with transfers, people in the cafe cant seem to tell you how much a coffee will cost. Everything is a bit slow and staff don’t seem trained at all. So with any detail, you will need to forward think it and prepare everyone
Facility is nice but the bell desk guy said they didn’t have any accessible rooms for those in wheelchairs?
A general word of warning about Coron, there’s no hospital nearby so bring a first aid kit and be prepared.

I haven't written a comment for hotels in a long time, but my experience at the Zuri Resort has been the best so far! The room is fantastic with the view... especially at sunset times, very peaceful view of the sea. the hotel has everything you needed basically, extremely convenient for travellers! The staff are very friendly and assisted us to their full capacity. The design of the facilities inside of the room is very smart and intelligent in many different ways. The restaurant serves great food at a very decent price! We used the laundry service, it really went beyond my expectations in terms of time as well as the quality of the service, my boyfriend was very surprised that they washes off the oil marks on his white shirt, it was really not expected at the beginning. Holidays suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable, Zuri Resort will never let you disappointed!

Don’t come here with high expectations.. or any expectations. Rooms are clean enough if that is all you need. However, the beds and pillows are as hard as rocks. The food is terrible. Breakfast buffet is mediocre at best compared to other breakfast buffets in the Philippines. The brewed coffee tastes like mud water and if you want anything else it is an upcharge. There are no coffeemakers or coffee available in the rooms, just tea bags and a kettle. Free bottled water is limited to 2 bottles per room per day. I would definitely skip this place next time. Did I mention the 4 blackouts within one hour despite there being no storm?

We were in our honey moon at Zuri Resort and Had a VERY GOOD experience! The breakfast was good, the room was very very big. The bar at the pool, cafe, everybody so kind and nice (specially miss castillo) A very good, comfortable hotel. I would only suggest for the cleaners to leave more toilet paper in the room, we had to ask for more everyday, and the front desk to have more room keys, we were a couple and had only one key, my husband did not want to go to breakfast buy he had to wake up to open the door to me as we did not have 2 room keys (the front desk told us they did not have more keys to offer). vert beautiful and vey well located hotel, 5 min to downtown and 60php to get there by tuk tuk. I would definitely recommend it!

An impressive porte cochere with a very stylish and artistic lobby, our check in went very quick and efficient! The Front Desk staff was amazing. Quick and friendly!
The room was beautiful and very stylishly designed and comfortable. What was impressive was the stand alone shower and modern bath tub. Bathroom was definitely large.
All in all loved the room! Comfortable, stylish and CLEAN!
Loved the pool areas...one upper level with a bar and the lower pool with a jacuzzi!
Spent most of the time enjoying the pool with the bar as the seats were in the shallow area of the pool where you could eat and drink comfortably in your swim wear.
Restaurant was great! Breakfast buffet that was included was impressive!
The location is away from the major traffic areas and is very quiet and almost private like!
All in all, enjoyed this hotel! Great for picturetaking as well! For IG!

Our stay at Zuri Resort was far from pleasant and left us deeply disappointed.
From the very first day, we encountered issues with the resort's safety. The floors, especially around the pool area, are extremely slippery when wet. Unfortunately, my husband slipped and fell near the pool, resulting in a hurt knee and several cuts on his right foot. When we reported the incident to the reception and requested a first aid kit, we were only given five band-aid strips. Additionally, when we asked for an ice pack, we were told to wait because the resort apparently has only one ice pack, which was currently being used by another guest.
The food at the resort was mediocre at best. Since my husband couldn't join us for our island tours due to his injury, he ordered room service. He was served an adobo dish that neither looked nor tasted like adobo—just two slices of pork in a red sauce. On the fourth day, we decided to venture into town to find a better place to eat. While waiting in the lobby, my husband tripped over a low-lying ledge and almost hurt himself again. There were no signs or warnings indicating the uneven floor.
The quality of the amenities was also subpar. The towels provided were old, with bare threads and a dirty white color. While swimming in the lower pool, we noticed a very strong sewage odor, which prompted us to leave the area immediately. Additionally, we saw some poop marks in the hallway on the second day of our stay, and they remained there for the entire duration of our visit, indicating a serious lapse in cleanliness and hygiene.
We demanded to speak with the person in charge, but the staff informed us that they had already left. We expected to talk to the supervisor the following day, but no one checked in on us or asked how my husband was doing. This lack of concern and follow-up only added to our frustration and disappointment with Zuri Resort.
Our overall experience at Zuri Resort was marred by inadequate safety measures, poor food quality, unresponsive staff, and substandard amenities. We would not recommend this resort to others and hope that management takes serious steps to improve their services and safety protocols.

We stayed at Zuri Resort for 3 nights as a group of 5 couples visiting Coron together. We were all very happy with our stay. The shuttle from Francisco B Reyes Airport was easy to book and very convenient. The views over Coron Harbour are stunning, especially in the early morning with the sun shining over the hills. The rooms have comfortable furniture and tasteful decorations, and they provide a lot of amenities, including bathrobes and toiletries! The service is also friendly and easy to communicate with even if you don't speak Tagalog. The included breakfast is delicious and has soooo many options. We also liked that they have free towel loans for the pool and beach. It's a slightly further walk from Coron town but there are tricycles/tuktuk drivers that hang out near the front entrance at all times of the morning through evening - they're friendly and easy to deal with. Some of our favourite memories at Zuri are from soaking in the infinity pools out back after dark - the water is a perfect temperature and the lights from the hotel and in the pools give such a lovely ambiance. And they're open late! One drawback is that the bar/shop/restaurant close a little earlier than I thought. Also, the price is a little on the expensive side compared to other hotel/resorts but with all the attention to detail I don't mind. I cannot recommend Zuri enough and every time I return to Coron I will be staying there.

We spent two weeks here and having seen the other places I have to say this is the best. Breakfast buffet is included; the room was fantastic (401). Terrific views from the balcony. Good bed, hot shower, super housekeeping staff. Dino in the lobby was most helpful on several excursions we booked through the resort. We ate dinner in most nights and the menu did not fail in any of those meals. Excellent wait staff. The pool was the best part, lounges on the sides and in the pool. Terrific temperature. This was truly a special place. We liked that it was not downtown. Tricycles on call at all times.

Amazing hotel and I am sure this is the best hotel on Coron island.
Not too sure why there are bad trip advisor reviews.
Great breakfast buffet spread (rice, pancakes, dessert, bread bar - you name it they have it)
Very clean rooms. The staff made up our room and even changed the bedsheets daily (we didn’t really need or asked them to do that.).
We got the in room massage on two nights and we enjoyed it too. The staffs are professional and friendly.
Tuktuk are readily waiting outside the hotel. Every Tuktuk driver also knows where is Zuri resort so it’s easy to travel back to the hotel too. We have no complains about the hotel. Walking distance to lobster king but I will suggest giving that a miss cos the food was pretty bad.

It's probably one of the nicest hotels in Coron town, however some basic needs aren't met. We needed boarding cards printed for a flight and the evening staff around 830pm couldn't or wouldn't do this, saying that only reservations had access to the hotel email. We were then directed to the PC and printer in the lobby, which did not work, neither the concierge or reception were able to sort, so we left very frustrated at the lack of help. Getting a hotel to print a boarding card is an everyday basic requirement, which should not be time limited! The rooms are nice and big, bed very comfortable, towels old, air con has no remote, so if too cold or warm in night you have to get out of bed! Swimming pool is lovely, however there are no shades for sun loungers, so be careful of getting burnt. Breakfast is varied and pretty good, staff at breakfast are very helpful. Though be warned if you are out on an early daytrip, you can struggle to get a table. Lots of tiles and everything is chargeable! Scenery is nice and you can easily walk into town, takes about 15 minutes. Just frustrated by lack of help in printing a boarding card.
