7 July 2024 I’m in the hostel and the truth is a real lack of purpose, the person who is in charge never answers and when he answers he says q I don’t listen to the cell phone, the gate doesn’t close well and when he says to the “owner” he indicates that the area is safe and that they are left tight therefore you have to leave your personal things at the mercy of the people and not vandalize the door of the room, they indicated that we had to pay 100% of the lodging and nothing to see, there is no washing machine, there is no television although there is a basis for it and when he asks the lady in charge he says that you don’t get anything nearby with TV which is a lie why returned to the hostel we only hear hostels with TV watching the game of Colombia and the stove only serve two additional banks that is more than 20 minutes from the center of Capurgana, if you go walking; if not you have to pay a motorcarger 5,000 pesos per person and each way q is not much but when 5 people travel with a single departure you already spend 50 thousand pesos, the lady in charge zero worried the owner the same do not answer wpp or take calls in time No good lighting I do not recommend it at all!!! Additional you are canceled the reservation so you can not write anything by booking indicating that you did not pay for the reservation which is supposed to be 50% when 100% was actually paid

Tras más de dos meses viajando por Colombia puedo asegurar que este ha sido mi peor y más caro alojamiento con diferencia. El lugar estaba realmente sucio, tanto la habitación, como el baño y zonas comunes (polvo, bolas de pelo, ducha con mugre de no haberla limpiado hace tiempo, cocina con restos de comida, basura desperdigada por el jardín, suelo con manchas que parecían de heces...) La atención al cliente fue pésima: la persona encargada del alojamiento se comprometió a venir a buscarnos al puerto pero no vino; después, intentamos contactar con él para reclamar la limpieza pero nunca nos contestó; por último, contactamos con el dueño (un extranjero que se ha regresado a su país y se ha despreocupado de su negocio salvo para cobrar) y éste se desentendió diciendo que no sabía nada, habló mal de sus empleados (y generalizó a toda la población colombiana) y, por último, nos informó de que no podía hacer nada porque sus empleados tenían unos compromisos y quizás no pudieran venir hasta el día siguiente. Posteriormente el empleado se comprometió a venir a limpiar a una hora pero tampoco llegó a la hora acordada, por lo que le pedimos al dueño que nos devolviera nuestro dinero, pero nunca jamás nos volvió a contestar. Intentamos limpiar nosotros la cocina, al menos para poder cocinar y comer, pero tampoco había medios. Finalmente sí vinieron a limpiar... a las 10 de la noche, 12 horas después de que hubiéramos realizado el chek in. Un día entero que no pudimos disfrutar pero que ya habíamos pagado. Otro aspecto a destacar es que el alojamiento no está a 10 minutos del pueblo tal y como indica el dueño ni donde se indica en google maps. Se encuentra a 25 minutos del pueblo y para llegar hay que cruzar un río cuyo agua llega a la pantorrilla. Hace unos días mi pareja puso una reseña sobre este alojamiento y el dueño se puso en contacto conmigo, primero me ofreció devolverme el dinero a cambio de quitar la reseña pero como no le contestamos posteriormente nos acusó de actuar con maldad. También añadir que algunas de las reseñas manifestadas en google como "clientes" están hechas por los propios dueños (lo sabemos porque tenemos sus datos al haber realizado la transferencia bancaria) o por sus familias, ya que coinciden apellidos y lugares de procedencia, por lo que no son experiencias de clientes reales. Y encima se atreve a contestar a mis reseñas mintiendo, hablando de unos problemas de salud que no son ciertos, diciendo que la habitación sí estaba aseada, o acusándome de no entender los precios de la zona. Afortunadamente tengo conversaciones, audios y fotos. Este empresario no está claramente capacitado para llevar un negocio de estas características, así que si quieren disfrutar de sus vacaciones háganse el favor y busquen otro alojamiento, que afortunadamente en la zona existen otros negocios regentados por personas con una calidad profesional y humana que este señor nunca tendrá.
