We had a good stay at the Moxy Val D'Europe but did think there were a few things that could be improved.

Firstly, the location is great for Disney. Car parking was free and convenient in the basement of the hotel, which was a big plus for us travelling with our car.

The room itself comfortably slept two adults and two young children and we found the hotel peaceful at night. The shower is our room was pretty bad and cold on our last morning.

We paid extra (€15 per adult) for breakfast and although there was a good spread and quality of food, found the breakfast experience very busy. There were long queues for food and the two coffee machines, and because the buffet is in the same area as reception it gets very chaotic. We were actually refunded one morning because we weren't able to sit as a family and could eat minimal as we were perched on a tiny coffee table. The breakfast service felt more like it should be included in the cost of the hotel, rather than additional. A positive is that children are free for breakfast.

Our three year old loved the small play room in the hotel!

Overall, we would stay here again if visiting Disney but reconsider breakfast with young children.

This hotel on the inside is fab , I love the look and feel and the positive vibes all around, the only downside is the staff did not come across as positive or friendly which is a shame as this could have been one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
It really has the Wow factor with how it’s been designed and the rooms are great, very comfortable and clean.
We didn’t stay for breakfast and found staff just looked miserable when walking through the lobby, even if we said bonjour we were just ignored. we had a drink in the bar and again service was just unfriendly and as if they would have preferred that we had gone to our room.
On the day we checked out we were not planning on leaving the room until around 11am however 3 times we had cleaning staff knock to ask if they could clean?? Surly just wait till we checked out.
The welcome drink is a nice touch for when you arrive and location is perfect for Disney or Paris.
Bed was comfortable but we were on floor 1 the first night we had a group which kept going outside to smoke and were laughing and making a noise till midnight so we couldn’t get the early night we planned . Also road noise was quite loud.

A lovely modern and brand new budget hotel. Only a 5 minute walk from the RER A station to Disneyland and to central paris. Also a short walk to the Val D Europe shopping center.

The rooms were generous (we had a family room) and immaculate. Lovely under bed lighting that was triggered when walking around so no need to turn lights on if getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also had a smart TV which meant you could watch your own Netflix/ Disney +. Sound proofing was also very good. Bathroom on smaller side but is to be expected. Shower pressure was excellent and shampoo/conditioner/ body wash was provided.

Extremely friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere overall. Would definitely recommend a stay here for those looking to go to Disneyland Paris. We will be returning when we come back.

Only negative was that there are no tea/coffee making facilities or a fridge in the room. However I am aware this is the same for all Moxy Brands. Might also be worth noting a £50 per night deposit is required at check in so make sure you bring enough money to cover this.

After many trips visiting Disneyland this was my first time ever to stay offsite and to be honest we had a great time. The Moxy is in such a convenient location, 2 minutes walk to the RER station and about 5/6 minute walk to the Val d'Europe shopping centre.

Our room in the Moxy was very trendy and spotlessly clean, the bathroom was a little on the small side but it was fine, it had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and we had one evening meal / snack which was reasonably priced and pretty tasty.

Particular mention to the staff who went above and beyond, they were just so lovely and friendly. We will definitely return.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you want a few days at Disney & also a few in Paris. It is one very simple metro stop from Disney & around a 35/40 train journey to the centre of Paris with at least 3/4 trains per hour.

The hotel is brand new and you can feel that when you go in, the rooms are immaculate and nicely sized considering you won’t be in your room that much. (Although be prepared that there are no drawers for your clothes, just one hanging rail, that feels a bit of an oversight)

Breakfast is €15 a day and is fine, it is just about value for money but if you are there more than 1-2 days you could get a bit bored of it. (top tip is there is a shop just before you enter train station that has some nice breakfast snacks)

Staff all are friendly although I get a little bit of a sense they are still short staffed, if the check-in/dinner area got busy I think they would be struggling! Whilst we were there it was very quiet though.

Few minor snags, no hot water one morning & one day the room had not been cleaned but these things happen when newly opened, we certainly weren’t too fussed.

To sum up, if you want a value for money hotel that is clean and quiet and perfect location for Disney then this is the hotel!

Lovely hotel and perfect if you’re visiting Disney (2 minute train away). It’s super modern and pretty, really unique. We got a great price for a family room and felt the value for money was great.

Annoyingly you can’t turn the under bed lights off at night which is a bit of a nuisance (they go off on a timer but still irritating if someone gets up in the night). It’s definitely not convenient location for exploring the city centre but can be done by getting a train or two.

Overall we had a great experience and if going to Disney we would definitely book again.

It's a funky hotel with a great hard product, but somewhat lacking in hospitality. I feel F&B could be better but everything tastes pre packaged. Drinks are astronomically priced. Staff is young and indifferent: e.g. wasn't proactively told anything about the hotel, wasn't offered the welcome drink and had to go back to reception later to get it, and that's coming from a Marriott Lifetime Titanium guest.

Location is convenient for Disney and outlet malls, but I felt that this was generally overpriced for the service offered.

Just came home from staying here with my family for our Disney and Paris trip, perfect little hotel. The only thing I would say is that our air con wasn't working properly in our room, so it literally felt like we were in the middle of the summer in our room. Our window couldn't open too, which is fine, I get that with health and safety etc!
But overall it was a great stay, literally a 2 minute walk to the train station for Paris and Disney (One stop before Disney!)
Our train tickets cost about 2 euro for adults and 1.50 euro for kids for Disney.
And roughly around 5/6 euro for a day in Paris.

Just be aware of scammers near the ticket machines, if they tell you to go to a different machine or to follow them, DON'T DO IT!
Saw quite a few people get scammed from these people!

Other than that, perfect stay! Staff were wonderful! Would definitely be staying again!

Hotel clean and very modern. Lovely shampoo and conditioner in room. Lots of USB ports around hotel.
Breakfast was great if you were there before it got busy. It was not refilled so you are not left with much choice if you came after 9am.

The rooms are lovely but be aware the very clever automatic movement sensor lights under the bed are really sensitive which makes it a nightmare place to stay with a baby in a cot. The lights turned on every time baby rolled in the night.
Also there is absolutely no units or space for clothes. We had to live out of the suitcase and found this a bit inconvenient. The chrome cast on our television didn’t work either.

The 50 euro per night deposit seems a bit ridiculous. We stayed 6 night and they wanted 300 euro deposit. Not everyone can afford costs like this. It should say on the website when booking.

Disneyland train is literally right next to the hotel. 2 min walk and costs very little. Trains are really often every 10 mins ish.

I have rated this hotel average because I just don't think it was worth the £130 per night midweek price tag.
The lady that checked us in seemed dis-interested and wasn't welcoming. We were not offered the welcome drink which has been mentioned in other reviews.
Whilst the rooms were modern and clean, the corridors and bedroom had a very overpowering smell (air freshener?) that we never really got used to (smelled like ripe bananas).
We only noticed just before check out that the bed sheet had several holes in it near the top corner which wasn't great. There was also quite a bit of red staining on the silicone and grout in the shower which would benefit from a more thorough clean, water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. The air-con worked well and wasn't too noisy and soundproofing between rooms was good.
The bathroom is VERY small: There is very little floor space and if you really wanted to, I'm pretty sure that you could wash your feet in the shower whilst you were sat on the toilet! On the plus side, the hairdyer provided by the hotel was very good and not fixed to the wall which is a bonus.
Decor in the lobby is colourful and modern. Free parking and a short walk to the train station are the main perks of this hotel.
