We stayed overnight on a whistle stop visit to Te Awamutu. We chose the studio room, it was perfect for us; we just needed to have a place to rest our heads over night, shower and make a quick breakfast. The price was fantastic value for the modern, clean quality of the accommodation and Alan was very welcoming and provided great assistance with advice on places to eat in town.

We stayed in the studio room for 1 night with a young toddler. It was a great place to stay, and nice and clean. There was a portable cot, high chair and baby bath provided which were really clean and new. The house is set in a beautiful area. Ideally we would have preferred the 1 bedroom room but it was already booked. However the studio was fine as the cot was in a nook in the room and we were not there for that long. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband & I stayed here for a few days over Christmas & it was a great escape. The house is set on the hill overlooking the local farmland areas & nearby mountains. It was a great way to unwind especially for the festive season. If your after peace & tranquility Cloverdale House has it. The rooms are fully self contained & everything has been thought of to make your stay feel at home. The decor is modern & the gardens make your stay even more homely. Town is only a short drive away & even though you are in the farming areas is still fairly central to surrounding areas such as Hamilton, Rotorua & Waitomo. We will be staying there the next time we are in town. Thanks Alan
