We enjoyed staying in the house. It feels like a home and has a generously stocked kitchen. We also had a lovely ride to the beach and learned something while having fun. The company was delightful. We will be back.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family and 2 small dogs. Totally disagree with previous comment - farm dogs were no problems at all. Great place to stay with kids, they loved the huge rope swing and the raft on the lake. Facilities were clean and tidy. Loved our time here and came back for a horse trek which was also excellent. Very friendly host, very accommodating.

We arrived with our dog who is very friendly and placid. We had called prior and had been told we could take her. As we pulled into the driveway there was a sign to be aware of the dog but never did we expect the dog to be off leash outside of the main office area. The dog attacked our dog with so much aggression. After the owner arrived from a horse trek we were then told that we should try and get the dogs to get along on mutual territory, however the dog continued to be aggressive and therefore we left. If you have a dog I don’t advise this place!!!!!

Hack and stay is a real peace of heaven. The horses are really well treated and the track to the beach is amazing. But there’s so much more than trekking, there’s all sorts of swings for the children, a little climbing wall and you can even try some vaulting. We’ll remember our stay forever!!!

We loved the fact that they were open to our young kids exploring the farm (with supervision and on the understanding that we had to be careful with them). We had a lot of fun and it was a lovely way to spend a few days.
