Very clean hotel, helpful staff. There’s a lot of choice for food every day is different. Room gets cleaned everyday. Loved the pool and the views, beach right outside the hotel. 5 mins by taxi to magaluf. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel.

Adult only hotel. Fabulous location, lovely food, lots of choice, entertainment in the cave was good. Can keep towels on loungers so you get 1 the next day but people who hired the towels from hotel would leave them on and go home so there was lots looking like they were taken but actually not in use. Nothing much round the hotel but it's a 20 min walk to magaluf. Great hotel to just chill.

We have just returned from 11 nights at Globales Cala vinãs and I have to say that this hotel took my breath away. It was such a beautiful hotel and I would say it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and modern. The staff can't do enough for you and they work so hard to make sure that your holiday is perfect. The bay that is beside the hotel is stunning and there are a few sets of ladders to give easy access to you to go into it. There is a cave bar that is so unique and a great atmosphere. They have different kinds of acts on at 10 every night and they have bingo on every night at around 9. It's 4 euros for a ticket but fun with great prizes. We got taxis a few days from the hotel, Santa ponsa was around 10 euros and Magaluf was 6 euros. There is plenty to do within an easy walk but there is also a bus stop next to the hotel where you can get the bus into Palma for around 4 euros but if you pay on your card it's actually cheaper. The room we had was a seaview and was cleaned everyday. The room is decorated very modern and you get a "bag for life" left in the room for you to take your towels etc to the pool. I'm not going to say much about sunbeds as I think there has been enough said about that but we never had a problem getting a bed. The snack bar is great and the drinks had enough options that we weren't stuck for an option. The food at this hotel was very varied and always had something that we were happy with. The different paellas for lunch were beautiful. I must give a shout out the the entertainment team Javi and Aneta as they were always enthusiastic and didn't stop from sun up to sun down and made a point to speak to everyone asking if they were enjoying their holiday and if they could do anything to make it better. Cristina in the restaurant was there every day with a smile to greet you and help you if you needed anything at all. I would honestly go back to this hotel anytime and if far exceeded my expectations. A first rate hotel that doesn't need to change a thing. Thank you all for making my first holiday since lockdown began the best it could be. You are all amazing!! Keep up the great work and I hope to see you again soon.

We visited Globales Cala Vinas for one week and had absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! I have to recommend it to everyone seeking great food, beautiful room view and nice hotel staff. Everyone was helpful, nice, staff always smiling. Wish I could stay longer! The nearest beach is also beautiful! We walked to Magaluf every day for an evenning walk which is very close too.

Just returned from this hotel Good- All staff lovely especially the bar staff. They don’t stop. Pool entertainment (Javi) also great. Lovey and clean and bed made and towels changed everyday Beautiful views and ability to get straight in sea from the hotel however I did get stung by a jellyfish so watch out Shop across the road great Able to go into breakfast early pre transfer back to airport which was fab Bad- Subbed situation is diabolical. People leave them out for the entire week and not stopped by staff. Everyday we seen an umbrella blow into the sea they’re not secured but the life guard did always fish it out. A lot of the sun beds when you did manage to get one were broken. Food repetitive but Asian night was amazing Entertainment doesn’t start till 10 so a little late and boring wait around Had to pay extra for certain cocktails, hot chocolate, pizza by the pool & bingo on a night amongst other things The rooftop pool area now charging to be ‘VIP’ and this is 10euro a day Overall lovely staff and location but a week was a bit long. Perfect for a long weekend I would say. The sunbed issue needs fixing asap along with more/earlier entertainment

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Globales, we arrived at 11.30am and was told check in wasn’t until 2pm, we were given our wrist bands for the all inclusive and told we could go and use the facilities but we were still in our flight clothes so struggled in the heat for a few hours before getting in our room - I feel like as we did a whole package with easyJet they should have had our flight information and known what time we were arriving therefore should have had our room ready instead of making us wait. We then got into our room and was greeted by a massive roof for the restaurant below which was a eyesore, ok we didn’t pay for a sea view room but we were still expecting land view. The rest of the room was fine although one day we had an army of ants in our bathroom - housekeeping sorted this within an hour so that was good. The hotel itself is beautiful and has gorgeous views, if you’re looking for a beach holiday I wouldn’t suggest going here as the man-made beach isn’t very big but it is lovely for a quick visit. It is also very secluded but a 15-20 minute walk from Magaluf if you’re looking for more entertainment in the evenings as the entertainment was a bit basic, they had bingo on every night followed by an act but it was a bit repetitive by the end of the week - Javi the entertainer was brilliant! He was so friendly and tried to get everyone involved with activities during the day - pool, ping pong, darts, aerobics etc. He even arranged a game of football 5 aside on his day off for a group of boys. The food/drink in the all inclusive was a bit poor, there was only one beer available and the cocktails were nice but majority were full of juice which got a bit boring to drink. The food was a bit hit and miss, sometimes bits of it were undercooked and other times it was great! I would say the hotel was a bit too busy, there was queues to get into the restaurant and there was no sun beds unless you got up super early, which is annoying because you come on holiday to relax not rush to wake up super early for a sunbed. It was our first time in Mallorca and we did love it but I don’t think we would come back to this hotel, but it was an enjoyable week and overall worth the money. Thank you to all the staff, you were friendly and helpful. I personally just think there was something missing with this hotel.

I was quite dubious of an all-inclusive holiday having had an horrendous experience in Tunisia sometime ago. I could not have been more surprised and relieved this hotel is absolutely first class. The food is exquisite staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is immaculately clean. We went to celebrate my wife’s 50th I can honestly say that it was a wonderful holiday. The only slight criticism that I have is that it was almost impossible to take a shower in the room the water pressure was so low. Didn’t really matter we just made sure we showered in the fitness centre first and didn’t really cause a big issue. It was refreshing as I saw no drunken rowdiness or any antisocial behaviour. I can honestly say that this hotel is saved in my favourites I will certainly be coming back at some point in the future. Many thanks and keep up the damn good work :-)

First thing I have a motability problem, so access to the ramp was locked, we had to struggle the cases down steps, no welcome drinks, no information about the hotel provided, like the terrace on the 5th floor and roof are €10 pp p,day. No bottled water provided, only the pool bar open until 7pm, not enough sunbeds and towels reserving the beds 24hr, 2 days no towels in room, phone in room didn't work, queues to get in the restaurant and to get food, no waiter service in the restaurant, queues in all the bars, towels for sunbeds 10€ refundable plus 1€ if you want to change them would only rate the service as 3*, now the good points hotel clean and in a nice location with good views food ok.

The hotel itself is lovely with beautiful views and the pool area is nice, but getting a sun lounger is an issue. There are a few spare ones left over around 8/9am however they are mostly broken, so you do need to get up super early if you'd like one and there's almost no chance of getting one on the front overlooking the sea as they go first. The drinks are nice and food is average. Just as with most all inclusive hotels, there's a lot of variety but nothing is really that great, and all the bread was stale our entire stay (10 days). We ended up eating out most nights towards the end as everything begun to taste the same. The entertainment is great during the day with Javi and Aneta who are both lovely and the bingo and entertainment in the cave bar in the evening is brilliant. It's only a 15 minute walk into Magaluf or a half an hour taxi journey into Palma, which was stunning. Probably wouldn't return to the hotel, but it was good value and we did enjoy a lovely holiday.
