Stayed in this hotel for one night with my family. We booked two rooms. View is a key differentiator of this hotel. And I may say that it is one of the best in Ayder. Food and breakfast should be improved. Staff are doing their best to help, but with limited English skills. Mustafa was super helpful and most of people there depended on him to translate. Rooms are good with excellent view and have the foundational equipments for people to stay. However, beds may improve. Overall, this is very good value for money.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Although technically, it isn't much of a resort, it is a very nice hotel, with a good, reasonably priced restaurant and excellent staff. Mr. Maalik was especially helpful, as he spoke English and Arabic, and was extremely cooperative, as was the manager.
The location is just outside Ayder, so you may need a car to go there. Otherwise, it is a bit of a hike. We used the hotel's rent a car service to go to town on many occasions.
The hotel is located next to a stream and is quite lovely. The rooms are well appointed. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a roomy balcony facing the stream, which was very nice.
In summary, if you want a nice place to chill, I strongly recommend this property. Beautiful location, next to a stream. Just outside town, it is a nice break from the tourist influx and throb of Ayder. Strongly recommended.

I stayed there in August,I reserved a triple room with terrace.I reached the hotel at 2 o'clock ,the lady at reception told us that our room was not cleaned yet,I asked her if our room had a view,she kept saying a good room,I asked her to see the room.a man guided us it was on 1 st floor ,the room was big enough for three ,the terrace was opened to 3 next room terraces which I did not like(no privacy).I went back and asked her to change the room to a high floor with a private terrace ,but she kept saying no availability,she was very rude and didn't show any cooperation,a young receptionist speaking our language interfered to help us.She said all she had is double room on a higher floor we said ok but she said ok but no extra bed will be given to you as we are family two adults with a young boy,the room was nice on the third floor with a splendid view and a terrace,the weather was wonderful little cold with a slight shower and a little fog .We could hear the sound of the nearby river.Everything was beautiful the room ,the view but there was no A/C.You have to open the window and door of the terrace to survive and opening windows means insects to enter inside,so we chose to close windows and door,but it was very hot inside.Breakfast is fantastic and a lot of choices,we had dinner at the restaurant,it was wonderful tasty the best I had in turkey ,I highly recommend their restaurant,special thanks to Muhamat who gave us a full description of each meal and recommended dishes,thanks to chef for the tasty dishes ,The hotel is little far from the village but it is okay if you have a car.special thanks to Malik for his kindness .Try to get a high floor room,I certainly will go back but i hope that lady with red hair at reception will not be there anymore

I stayed ( me & my wife ) in kackar Resort hotel for one night , the place is very nice , clean and very quiet ,it is totally isolated in the forest beside the river and nothing nearby, you have to have a car if you want to go to ayder ,food is good

This hotel is situated in the forest 🌳 Air and water are excellent. Comfort of the hotel is good for the surrounding. Personal is helpful . The chef of the restaurant is very friendly for the clients. Cleaning is not perfect

Hotel is not located at Ayder.İts very hard to go to center by walk ,taxi is limited. People are friendly but very young not professional . Price was really high when we checked the town Never back again

İt's rated as only a four star hotel but just oozes quality. İt's relatively small, only 42 rooms and is very cosy and comfortable. The staff are unobtrusive but attentive and anticipate your every need. Any problems are immediately rectified. Food is of the highest quality and very reasonably priced. Meals in your room are the same price as in the restaurant. The hotel is set in magnificent scenery in the Kaçkar Mountain National Park and has first class recreational facilities. One possible drawback is that the hotel does not serve alcohol, but they don't object to your taking your own. Highly recommended.

If you want to stay near by Ayder you should choose this hotel. Its not inside, has a great view. Facilities, rooms, Restaurant well designed, clean and new.Breakfast and dinner was tasty enough and has many options in breakfast.
