It's a great hotel, we loved it, stay with your eyes closed 🥰 cleanliness, breakfast, staff, everything was very good. Friendliness, friendliness, we stayed for one day, we were very pleased. batum sonrası 1 günde rizede konaklayalım dedik. Batumdan sonra Karadeniz yemekleri cok iyi geldi. Otel rize merkezde tam çarşı bölgesinde diyebiliriz. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımsever çok temiz bi otel. Kahvaltısıda bulunmakta biz yetişemedik ama eminim lezzetlidir. yani gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. temizlik, hijyen konusunda hiçbir rahatsızlık duymazsınız. Zaten resepsiyon veya lobby alanına geldiginizde içerisi çok güzel kokuyor. Çok teşekkürler tekrar gelsem tekrar sizi tercih ederdim.

Karadeniz turumuzda konakladığımız otellerden biriydi. Odalardaki mobilyalar yeniydi. Kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği güzeldi. Otelin tek kötü özelliği nevresimlerinin kirli olmasıydı. Resepsiyonu arayıp yenisini istedik ancak gelenler de kirliydi. Asansör 1. katta başlıyor. 1 kata kadar eşyalarınızı merdivenden çıkarmanız gerekiyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Modern clean and new facilities, excellent locatian, great buffet breakfast with Amazing city panorama! and very helpful and welcoming staff, don't forget some warm tea when you arrive! and Rize is a nice city with friendly people
