I read bad reviews for this Hotel, however, I opted to stay there for one night till I can move to another hotel, but I found that this was a wrong decision and the hotel was clean located in a calm location near the city center shops and near an amusement park where my kids were to have fun.

i think this hotel isn't bad refer to it's cost , rooms is clean and wide enough ,very nice sea view baths also clean, the break fast not bad ,it's very basic but delicious.
the only very bad point is the AC in the rooms ,the AC system is very old and it's efficiency almost zero and in hot nights you will not sleep , but they provided air fans when i'd asked.

Good hotel with beautiful view of karadeniz ( black sea )
Friendly staff, clean and good room, breakfast very good , value for money, helpful staff, we spend 2nights in here but we miss it and if we back to Rize go to this hotel again.
