I wish I can give them 11 out of a 10. I had the most wonderful stay of my life in yesterday, have stayed in so many luxury hotels but the quality and the service Ricosta provided is matchless. Food and breakfast was supeeerrrr delicious. The view from room n restaurants is breathtaking, and staff very kind n efficient. The manager guided us n helped us in every way possible. N I was so touched when they baked a cake on my request in last minute for my husband’s birthday n didn't charge anything for that. I wish I has more days in Trabzon to extend my stay. Will be visiting again n again Insha Allah.

This hotel is wonderful, the room was amazing, great seaview, every little detail is elegant, modern and causy. The hotel building itself is brand new, everything is clean and charming. Gourmet breakfast and great coffee and last but not least is the kind and helpful staff, everyone was nice and Berkant made us feel at home. I did a lot of search before I booked this hotel, if you are traveling to Trabzon, Rize or Uzungol this would be a great choice.

We were passing by and saw the hotel. It is brand new, rooms are very comfy and elegantly designed. We swam at the hotel's beach. Staff is very friendly. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay. The sunset from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast had lots of choices.

Where do I even start , we stayed at this hotel 3 nights and what a wonderful stay it was!
The design and furniture is so comfortable and cozy! The colors are so lovely!
The room service is amazing! The restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal!

У меня был день рождения и нам дали лучший номер по цене стандартного, принесли комплименты в виде фруктов, чая и огромный вкусный торт со свечками! Отель совсем новый, все чистое и красивое! В номерах есть все необходимое : от красивых тапочек и халатов до гигиенических принадлежностей. Матрас кровати и подушки были настолько комфортными, что не хотелось вставать. Хорошо, что завтраки до 11 и можно поспать подольше. Кстати завтраки огромные в турецком стиле, все свежее и вкусное! Вообще вся еда, что мы попробовали в ресторане, понравилось (паста, чечевичный суп, салаты, куриное филе на гриле). Огромная зона спа, тёплый бассейн, джакузи, работает девушка из Таиланда, массаж был просто великолепным!
Мы получили намного больше, чем ожидали. Огромная благодарность всему персоналу отеля! От души желаем вам процветания и много довольных клиентов!
