Stayed here when going to a wedding nearby, and was slightly disappointed with the soundproofing of these rooms especially after a late night I didn’t plan on being awoken at 7am by footfall above and outside the room, also the automatic extraction fan adds to the noise levels. A

Short break to blow the cobwebs off. Nice relaxing time. Had a trip up to the lakes which only took about an hour from the hotel. Would certainly stay at the hotel again, as it is handy to use as a base for going to many different places.

We've stayed at this Premier Inn on numerous occasions and I have noticed over the past couple of years that the standard of housekeeping has slipped somewhat, which is a shame because it's in a great location. This time there was a tumbler of half-drunk cola under the put-up bed

We stayed here whilst attending a friend wedding the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and the staff welcoming and friendly. The room was both spacious and modern with a lovely view of the gardens and river.

Hi there I came last week to view all the accessible rooms and chose room 15 to be more appropriate for my disabled relative however, I have noted from previous reviews that windows don’t open in many of the rooms and I feel as my relatives would agree fresh air is a must in the bedroom so can a window be unlocked and opened on request of a client?
I’m unsure of our room number, however we were on the first floor of the extended building. The windows are a sealed unit therefore they are unable to open. I must admit I didn’t like this but as we were just staying one night we put up with it. There was air conditioning in the room which we used instead.

Hi can you check in earlier or is there somewhere guests who have travelled along way can freshen up/get changed? Also where can we leave our bags. We have to leave the hotel at 12 to attend a nearby wedding.
If the room is ready yes you can check in , but otherwise they will store your bags for you to Re go off somewhere if your room not ready

Hello - I would like to ring the hotel without using the 0871 number does anyone have another telephone number please? Or if there is an email address I can use I would appreciate it. Many thanks
Hi a2b4fun Thanks for your query. The number given below is correct, you can call the hotel team directly on 0333 321 8798 (option # to speak to the Reception Team). Our hotels do not have manned inboxes, so we do advise that you call them to ensure a response. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Thacker Premier Inn Team
