Club Marvy garners accolades for its cleanliness and vast amenities, offering everything from tranquil adults-only zones to lively family-friendly water parks amidst a natural paradise. The hotel's idyllic location by the sea is a high point for guests, providing stunning views and a serene environment. While the vibrant atmosphere and entertainment are highlights, some guests find the music too loud.
The service receives commendations for its friendliness and attentiveness, though not without some reported inconsistencies. Opinions on value and room quality vary, with some concerns over service disparities and noise levels.

Great weeks holiday as a family. Beautiful surroundings… felt the accommodation was beautifully nestled in nature. Olive trees, pomegranate etc everywhere. The buildings and pathways were aesthetically pleasing, Beautifully kept communal areas and rooms with fantastic views. There was lots on offer for all the family. Kids club for the little ones, teen area for the bigger kids, great slides and splash park. The gym was great with lots of equipment. Evening shows were very good too. Only disappointment was there were a couple of evening where there was no show and instead a DJ was on. Unfortunately this was on the adults only beach which meant those of us with children had no access and had to enjoy the music from afar. Maybe the DJ could be placed centrally for all to enjoy? The food was excellent in the main restaurant, possibly the best all inclusive buffet we have ever had. So much choice, fresh cooked meats and seafood, endless salads. It was truly brilliant. The a la carte restaurants were of high quality too and added an element of more intimate service. A highlight for me was the jazz brunch on Sunday. Excellent location beachside, brilliant musicians and different options for brunch rather than the regular breakfast. It felt extra special and all included in the price. Service overall was really good, never waited long for a drink. We sat in the same area a few days running (infinity pool) and one of the bar tenders remembered our order from the day before and brought drinks to us before we had chance to ask. Truly excellent. Overall a wonderful family break where we could relax, be well fed, given great cocktails and spend some much needed time together somewhere beautiful. Would recommend!

From the beginning we had our second relaxing holiday at Club Marvy. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:00 thanks to an early flight (and our own rental car) and Melis looked after us really well and accommodated a few of our requests perfectly. We had booked a family room (2 connected double rooms) and were able to move into one in a bungalow (garden area). We were also able to have breakfast straight away. The second room was ready for us around midday.
The rooms were cleaned daily and the minibar (included in the all-inclusive) was refilled daily. In general, the all-inclusive was quite extensive. The buffets had a huge selection of good to very good quality and also included various well-known alcoholic brands, cocktails, etc. With the extensive range of options (breakfast, lunch, snacks throughout the day (e.g. burgers and a perfect stone oven pizza), coffee and cake, dinner and midnight snack), you have to watch your weight. There was actually always an opportunity to eat something ;)
We didn't visit the various restaurants that charge an extra fee (this time), but they were delicious last time.
The loungers by the pools were all quickly taken, as is typical for a resort. However, you could still find nice loungers on the beach or at sea. Fresh towels were available in the card exchange system.
The children had fun in the slide park or with (chargeable) stand-up boards.
The staff were always very friendly and attentive (but also always busy), the reception could be reached via WhatsApp (with a quick response, for example to have the rental car brought up). We didn't see a "grumpy" face from this side and the on-site hairdresser also did a great job. The facility was also well looked after (without disturbing the guests) (pool cleaning, outdoor areas (including those near the beach) were polished, plants were trimmed).
Overall, a perfect holiday. We'll be back ;)

We arrived and were impressed by the extensive complex. We were taken to our hotel room by shuttle. The hotel room was relatively high up, so we had a view of the complex and could look directly out to sea from the bed. There is a separate beach area for over-18s, and if you book special rooms, there is also an over-18s breakfast area. The breakfast in the main restaurant is great and very varied. There is something for everyone here. There is also a very large selection at lunchtime and the snack restaurants also offer other dishes if you can't find anything in the main restaurant. In the evening there are also 7 a la carte restaurants, 2 of which are subject to a fee. The restaurants are in a really beautiful location with a direct view or seating by the water. The food is great. The range of sports on offer is exceptional. There is a lot of yoga on offer and TRX or HIT workouts. Beach volleyball is also offered, but for us as volleyball players it was annoying that the field was the wrong size and it wasn't a real beach facility. The field was max. 5 meters wide, but longer than 8 meters and the net was simply wrapped around the posts. That could be much better for the hotel's standards. There is a fantastic spa area, but that also comes at a price. The gym is well equipped and offers enough choice for simple training.

As a returning guest, we were disappointed with our stay. Whilst the staff try their best, there is simply not enough of them to service the amount of guests staying to the service level expected. There are long waits for drinks during the day via the Marvy app, if they arrive at all. We witnessed tickets being placed in the bin at the Stage Bar on several occasions in late afternoon as they simply could not keep up with orders. Likewise during the evening both the main dining room & Luvi bar, service for drinks, cleaning tables etc was erratic at best.
We were really looking forward to returning, as one of the plus points for us, as a family was the freshly prepared Turkish food. This no longer seems to exist, on three nights the Turkish speciality was a refilled jacket potato, roast chicken or roast turkey. There was also less choice on the fresh fish counter in the evenings, with no system in place as to who was served first. We visited two of the a la carte restaurants and were again disappointed with the food served. The a la carte on the pier, was just awful. Previously this had been a lovely seafood restaurant, but now seems to be serving Turkish oddities. We visited Boa grill twice. We wish we hadn’t. The first visit we were disappointed with the amount of meat served with our mains, as there was barely anything. On our previous stay, we had an amazing experience, enjoying gorgeous Turkish meze, with lots of meat. It really feels like corners are being cut in order to save money, which is such a shame.
Another issue was the sun-bed towel reservation problem. Two years ago, you could only get one towel at a time and this had to be returned in order to get a new one. At the infinity pool most evenings, there were towels left on most sun loungers, as people were discarding them there rather than take them back to the towel huts to change them which blocks usage of the sun loungers. Also there were lots of towels laid out in various locations around the pools & beach, which were not occupied for hours during the day. Sometimes these would not be occupied until after lunch. The hotel really to need to get on top of this, as it’s easily resolvable by actually implementing there no sun-bed reservation policy.
We spent a lot of time on the beach and alarmingly witnessed what looked like organic matter being pumped into the sea. On several mornings, there was a pollution slick, that would spread from the pier to the main beach & with the fish feeding on this slick, one can assume it contained organic matter and on several occasions, it looked like there was soiled tissue paper. The hotel really needs to do something about this, as it’s just not acceptable, especially given the Blue Flag rating of the beach.
We loved it two years ago, but it’s really lost its charm and the exclusive nature of the resort. It’s starting to feel like a mass market hotel chain, catering to European tastes rather than staying true to its Turkish roots. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

This hotel is beautifully located, has a beautiful garden and very beautiful views. The staff consists of 90% of inexperienced young people, probably trainees and they did not know what to do, they clearly lacked training . Their knowledge of English or German was also insufficient and they often did not understand what was meant. For example, no welcome drink upon arrival, glasses are not refilled, if you ask for a soft drink you only get the bottle, without the glass. At the buffet restaurant in the morning or in the afternoon in the a la carte snack bar, I often had to wait 15 minutes before someone came by to ask for the drink choice or to take the order. Also in the room there is always something missing or no fresh bath mat or no toilet paper, no shampoo. Toilet was cleaned once with cleaning agent during 1 week, toilet paper was simply placed in the bathroom and not placed on the holder. Hallway to the room is never cleaned and the cleaning cart was simply left in the middle of the hallway at my room door at night and also blocked the emergency exit. It was also very busy in the hotel, many families with children, so it was not possible to find a quiet place in the buffet restaurant. As a result, I always went for breakfast when the buffet restaurant opened, but then, for example, there were no fresh juices or other show cooking products available. Hotel is too expensive for the quality you receive. I had reserved the hotel because workshops were going to be organized, but there was only one, making jewelry on 1 day a week and only 8 people could participate. This was also full when I wanted to make a reservation. There are also great live concerts in the evening, but there are not enough seats so I couldn't attend them. There are also some positive things: beautiful nature, the real alcohol brands, nice boho style, comfortable loungers on the beach, the beach is slightly sloping and ideal for bathing in the sea

Travelled as a family of 15 Very hilly with pram and one of the party with walking difficulties Clean hotel some furniture missing out of room,a chair for dressing table and full length mirror Travel cot was dirty There is a language barrier in reception at night and pizza restaurant but staff do try and help. We asked how much to keep room on till 6 at night €500,next day it was €175 but none left (part of the language barrier). We then found out they had shower rooms available, but from other guests we were not offered it. The main restaurant needs to open earlier than 7 at night with children. The hotel grounds are beautiful, 2 lovely pools and beaches, plenty going on but nothing around the area of the hotel so perfect if you are wanting to relax in the hotel. With it being the start of the season it could be these are just some teething problems.

This is a very beautiful part of the world to emmerse yourself into for a week. My husband and I stayed in a wonderful room on the adults only side (Premium Comfort Double Room With Side Sea View Or Lateral Sea View And Balcony). We loved the location with the waves of the ocean just below us. There are nice touches with the towels, bath mat and toiletries that we appreciated, much nicer than the standard white hotel towels and matched the boho style of the hotel. Bed was very comfy. We would've liked a full length mirror. There was no seat for the dressing table with the fold up mirror! All staff were very attentive and understood English well. We never had to wait long at all before being offered a drink in the restaurants. The staff at the adults only beach bar were really great with a happy manner, working hard to collect empties, keeping the beach a tidy and relaxing place. Cocktails were mixed well and there was never a problem when asking for cocktails that are not on the menu (mojito, Pina colada, white russian). DJ M8 is really the beat of this hotel. The afternoon sets were the perfect gentle energiser to enjoy some cocktails before heading back to get ready for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach party on our arrival night, (Monday). The absolute perfect evening to suit this wonderful beach area. We were looking forward to many more evenings like this during our week, however, this did not happen until Friday. Many guests were looking forward to another beach party evening but we noticed that many guests left early as the dancers from the hotel took over the dance floor. I understand that they were there to encourage people to dance and energise the guests, for us, it felt like a staff party!!
DJ M8 is so talented and passionate about his music, if he was playing more often in the evening, even just with some candles on the tables, it would bring an enjoyable atmosphere to the evening at the beach bar and be more of what the hotel promotes itself to be! The dancers worked hard rehearsing for the shows which were of a good standard but the circus show was on twice in our one week! The effort with the circus show was a nice touch and the popcorn but it did feel a bit of a let down that there was barely any circus skills in the show, prodomanatly dancing. Yoga was really enjoyable every morning with a special thanks to Caner Özen for the very enjoyable aerial yoga and the morning class that he took during my stay 🙏🏻 We have stayed at Paloma Finesse four times and the food at Club Marvy unfortunately is not a patch on Paloma Finesse. Being under the same ownership we were hoping the food to be of a similar standard but nothing seemed to be seasoned and just not very special. We did very much enjoy the unique breakfast at degirmen. Eggs were delicious and the staff were fantastic. Overall, this is a beautiful place to be, the food isn't bad but it's just not special enough to return to. Paloma Finesse is better for us.

Our stay at Club Marvy in Turkey was our first all-inclusive family vacation, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Initially, we were apprehensive about the food, but our concerns were quickly alleviated. The food was exceptional, with a vast variety that was not only well-cooked but also served with outstanding service at the buffet. There were even occasions when we preferred the buffet over some of the à la carte restaurants on site.
The resort's pools were meticulously cleaned every evening to a high standard, making them an absolute pleasure to use. The views were breathtaking, and the bar service directly to our loungers was a delightful touch that we greatly appreciated.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Kids Club. Our children, especially our youngest daughter Bella, loved it. Initially, we were hesitant about using this facility because we wanted to ensure our children were in good hands. However, after trying it out and staying with them initially, we were reassured by the staff's interactions with the children (so, if you are reading this dive right in from day one). The staff went above and beyond, welcoming the children with excitement each time we dropped them off and encouraging them to return. This became a highlight for our kids, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The Kids Club offered a variety of activities such as visiting magicians, face painting, dancing, and arts and crafts, ensuring there was something for everyone.
If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to provide more air conditioning in the Kids Club and tweak the opening hours, longer sessions (currently in 2.5-hour blocks throughout the day) to allow for more flexibility, so guests can better utilise the club.
Saying goodbye on our last day was quite emotional, especially for the Kids Club team. A heartfelt thank you to ( Yasin, Beste, Dara, Simay, Hanife, Fatma and Doga )for taking such wonderful care of our children. We hope to see you all soon.
While our overall experience was fantastic, the rooms could do with some TLC (happy to give feedback directly to the property if needed). The facilities were basic but clean. However, considering how little time we spent in the room, this did not detract from our stay significantly.
The spa was excellent. I had one massage followed by a customised three-day package, which was a nice touch. My therapist Nela, was skilled, friendly, professional, and left me feeling both taken care of and invigorated.
Lastly, a big shoutout to the dance team. They not only put on several great performances but were also kind enough to greet us and engage in conversations whenever we bumped into them around the resort, especially My Bro from SA ;-).
Overall, Club Marvy exceeded our expectations in many ways. We look forward to returning. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for our family.

Just returned from two wonderful weeks at Club Marvy, this is one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. We had an issue with our room on arrival which was swiftly dealt with thanks to Dogus, he was incredibly customer focused and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The hotel is very clean and the staff are always busy constantly working to keep up on cleanliness and hygiene. A special mention to Hilmi who worked so hard everyday to keep the beach clean ( in 40 degree heat) he deserves a medal. The food is exceptional and the staff in the restaurant were so attentive always making sure your wine glass is filled! Special thanks to Kenan an asset to the hotel for his customer service skills. The buffet restaurant had lots of choice with lots of fresh food cooked to order, including fresh bread and pastries made on site. The A la carte options were also wonderful, there are two which do incur an extra charge, we did indulge in an extra which was an evening with Cristina Bowerman a Michelin star chef an experience we found to be worth the extra! The waterpark was an added bonus especially with a 12 year old! It was very well staffed and safety was taken very seriously which was good to see. All in all 5* to Club Marvy and it’s wonder staff, thank you for a fabulous holiday. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is fabulous. The infinity pool is fabulous and very large (depth: 1.40 m). The Hotel extends over 13 hectares with also many steps but between the different places, you can call, either via the reception (from your room), or via the club app (marvy assist) and an electric shuttle will pick you up and take you to the desired location. The buffet restaurant: we have never eaten so well: lots of quick preparations (bread, omelette, salad according to your taste, grilled fish, etc...) A choice of delicious desserts, well prepared dishes. Lunch is more snack time for us which suits us well but always with a healthy choice and/or pizzas, hamburgers and others. regarding drinks: you order via the app with the parasol number and they deliver it to you (sometimes the wifi service is defective but hey you're on vacation and a try later and it happens) The best thing for us about this hotel is the kindness of the staff and more particularly a big thank you to: Ilker (night manager), Dogus (Reception assistant), Selin (relationship with vacationers), Dilsay (Lobby bar), Mert (pool server) Ataman (person who takes care of opening your parasol with a smile), Ahmed table server in the evening. Thanks also to the other staff members. Thanks also to the entertainment team who put on very successful dance shows. We occupied a superb premium room on the adults only side (room 4403). (only downside: very low bed) My wife, who has back problems, requested an additional mattress which was brought the same day. Room with towels and products as well as the mini bar renewed every day. Having injured myself during our stay, we were even offered a room change spontaneously. Marvy Asssit even heard from me a few days later. Return planned for next year with certainty
