I went with four other adults what a total disaster from the word go.. The place is a sham its dirty it's falling to pieces were can I start!!! we booked 12 months in front as we needed disabled apartments as my father in law has health issues on booking we were told we had ground floor apartments but on arriving we were given our room numbers & was shocked to be shown were they were up flights off stairs which we complained about after a lot off upset we were given some different rooms. We had been there two to three days & in turn started been ill with the dreaded sickness & everything that goes with it, as we got to no guests in the club dena we were shocked to hear how many had the same sickness it had been going on four weeks... we complained about the little pool it was full off algae they used to put any blow up bed or toys into it at night then through them back into the large pool in the morning we pointed out to the staff it was wrong we told them if they didn't get the little pool cleaned we would report it, when!!! the bed linen was changed it was put on to the beds wet, we went to the shops & bought our own cleaning products to clean the filth... we tried to speak to the manager but he was so ignorant he would not listen but instead ranted on calling us everything under the sun so as you gather we will not be returning to this SHAM off a place again ( there was a little good news when we showed the pictures & told our experience we had to our travel agents we were refunded a little back )

I did this holiday on the cheap and really did not expect the Ritz, which I certainly did not get. We arrived about 2 am, and the light did not work in my corridor, and the room looked dark, and dingy, and then there was the sound from the bar below. Luckilly I was on second wind at this point so I just tossed the suitcase aside and went for a bevvy. Next morning, it was more clearer and I really did receive what I paid for, so should not moan. Nice pool, maybe in need of a bit of tile repair, only took advantage of all inc drink as the food was not worth much, very basic. However, if travelling on a budget, this is an ok place to stay.

Horrible place nasty staff on the front desk of you need a doctor they ignore and carry on there conversation, managers just seem to eat really nice food in front off all the other people have to eat the mess that's put out apart from the Russians seem to love it, rooms don't get cleaned unless you leave a tip everyday they just walk in and if there nothing there they will just walk out we had to take toilet rolls and towel off the trolly, the alchol is cheap paint stripper and don't go in to the resturant next to it either they are thieves say a price then change it when you have eaten then tell you not to tell anyone when you make a fuss. This place is a waste of money and time I would say stay at the seler hotel really nice place to eat and drink and they don't rip you off and make you feel welcome ended up there for two week.

Me, my hubby & 3 kids have just returned from this All Inclusive pit of a place after 10 hell bent nights there, we booked up as we were told off Sunmaster that it was a brilliant hotel for families, OMG what a lie this hotel only catered for the Russians both food wise & entertainment there was nothing for us English to eat (I would not feed my dog the food they put on) & nothing for the kids to do & no entertainment, also what Sunmaster forgot to tell us was that the Club Diana Hotel is a 18-30s for the Russians how considerate putting kids amongst them!! The rooms were dirty we had to be moved the day after arriving as they put us virtually on the roof where my eldest girl (who's only 9) kept banging her head off the ceiling as it sloped down like an attic & we could not get out onto the so called box of a balcony for the fear of been necked by the washing line & there was no fridge for our water, so when I went down to the reception the next morning to get us moved the staff were very cold, ignorant & not polite at all. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE who ever reads this n is thinking about staying in this Hotel DONT as you will regret it big time, Turkey as a place is lovely but this Pit Hole is disastrous.

We just used the Spa, cause we were staying at another hotel. We decided to have a turkish bath here because it was a bit cheaper but... OMG!!! I keep laughing at it! When we get there, we had to listen to a guy for 20 minutes trying to sell us EXTRA things all the time, even if we weren't interested at all. All the facility looked dirty, broken, and with some fungus species to be discovered. Then we went for a sauna that we nearly faint, at the same time they came into the sauna to keep selling us things. After that we got ready for a turkish bath. Rude staff, not very interested in what they were doing, and laughing between them. They put ridiculous towels on our head to take us some photos (extra money too). Then they said that we were done, but they forgot our oil massage that was included in the price. OMG!!! I wish they forgot about it! Two "kids/teenagers" gave us a totally non therapeutic oil massage (I still think that I need to see a physio). We were waiting for our transport back to the hotel, but we decided that running away from that place ASAP was the best option, so we walked back.

My family and I have just returned from a 10 day holiday staying at this awful hotel! I have nothing nice to say about it at all and I would advise anyone that likes a clean fully functional hotel room to steer clear! oh yes and if you might feel the need to eat then don't go here either (sorry for the sarcasm) The hotels offers and i say offers very lightly an all inclusive basis, ALL INCLUSIVE my backside.. the food was uneatable and they only catered for the many Russian holiday makers that stayed here oh yes I forgot to mention that this so called family hotel is a Russian 18 to 30's hotel!! when i booked Ii was told it was a family hotel with water slides a park ( that's laughable) the one on the pictures is not the one that's there!! with entertainment and kids clubs of which there was neither so not only did we have to eat out every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner but we also had to keep 3 young children occupied all evening something we've never had to do, there was no mini disco no kids games NOTHING NADDA NOWT!!!! The hotel room was not great with electric wires hanging out of sockets the shower hardly worked it was dirty I had to ask to get beds changed and ask also to get toilet rolls. I will say that some of the bar staff were lovely didnt understand a word i said so pointing to the drink i wanted became the way to go! ALL INCLUSIVE bar was only open 10am till 12pm then open again at 2pm till later and then you had to wait till 9pm to drink until 10.30pm if you braved the bar ( the Russians like to fight ) they also scrapped over food!! I could go on but I think you have got the gist of what im trying to say this hotel is the pits... LET ME ADD THAT TURKEY IS AN AMAZING BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY. and I will return but not to this hell hole...

We arrived at the Diana club hotel on the 1st june and were horrified at the pure filth in this hotel the rooms were dirty and the smell of damp made my whole family feel sick, also the place was falling apart, we have contacted low cost holidays to try and get a refund on this holiday but seem to be having great trouble getting a reply from them, if you or anyone you know is going to Marmaris steer well clear of this hotel its the worst holiday we have ever had in Turkey !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Myself and my girlfriend stopped at the hotel from, the 4th of June 2014 till the 15th of June 2014. The food wasn't brilliant we found we spent money paying for food in the club Diana restaurant which is built into the hotel but not part of the hotel. The rooms was clean.. basic but clean our room was two single beds a TV that was very old with the only English speaking channel being the BBC world news also their was no WiFi available in the hotel rooms you only got it in the hotel lobby and was 15 TL an hour . The rooms where cleaned regularly but the bed sheet wasn't that comfortable. We found their wasn't any proper entertainment for Adults. Was a great holiday and we loved but what we have both said is that although the hotel was nice we wouldn't recommend it to anyone although we would definitely recommend the club Diana restaurant the food was amazing and the bar staff was amazing with us and was very friendly it also had free WiFi. We found that the bar staff and receptionists where not that friendly it felt like they where their just to do a job not to make your holiday enjoyable. Although the receptionists where helpful when we needed to use them.

Just checked out of this hotel after a 10 day stop. The rooms were very clean & were cleaned every day. All I wanted was a clean bed & bathroom, which is what we got. The location is fantastic, only a 2 min walk from the beach. The food weren't anything to write home about. We ate out most nights as we got fed up of salad and pasta. However, the restaurant next door is absolutely fantastic. The service & food are amazing & the prices are very reasonable. This restaurant is not part of the hotel though. The service is not great. Receptionist was ignorant. The hotel was ridden with Russians, however they were not a big problem, just were very ignorant. Did not know what a simple queue was. Overall, I had a great time at this hotel & would recommend parts of it.

We went to stay in club diana and expected it to be so much worse than it actually was after reading the reviews. The room wasn't very clean but the beds were changed and towels often. Always had hot water but the rooms were very average, we didn't care because we only went to sleep and get showered in there. The food - If your a fan of salad, you will love it! Lots of variety. Mains were pasta/rice/chicken/turkish stew. We ate out quite a bit because the bar across (Diana bar) offered £6 for a 5 course meal and the staff are lovely and welcoming. The hotel is about 95% russian visitors and they can be very rude and ignorant. So just try and dismiss them when they push in or bang in to you and don't apologise. The draft beer is nice, and the vodka and gin are ok but the raki blows your head off! Its a 30 min walk along the beach front to ichlemer which is a lovely little market town. Dont book a trip from shaun - he is the nearest tour guide to the hotel - you can get lots cheaper deals :) But the comments below are OTT! For the price u actually pay for your stay, its not that bad.
