The ladies that work in this hotel are rude and have no idea how people should behave in the Hospitality industry. The men were better and because of them I gave the one star. There is a lady in the reception, who refused to give us a table for dinner, even though many tables were available, and we were staying in the Hotel. Later, an older man, he had no trouble reserving a Table for us. There's a chubby looking waitress, who was also extremely rude. and in all these cases the behaviour was downright racist. The rooms were small and no room service were available. A hotel, we want to forget.

We stayed only one night because we travel back home from Sicily, but this place deserves to be base for exploring Tuscany. We got room with view at the pool and garden, good breakfast and private parking-all that at reasonable price. At reception was really kind lady. Hotel is at picturesque place, in heart of tuscany. We really enjoyed here and we will comeback, for sure.

Stayed for two nights while touring Val d’Orcia. My room (#335)had a balcony that overlooked the pool and the countryside. Room was good sized with a comfortable bed. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The food at dinner was very good, and so was the wine. Breakfast buffet was just so-so. The cost to stay was very reasonable considering the amenities and location in San Quirico d’Orcia I would definitely return.
