Not sure how this hotel secures any positive reviews. Maybe it was better prior to Covid 19. As it stands they provide the facilities and customer service of a 2* hotel currently (although maybe that's too generous, there are some lovely 2* hotels out there). They are using Covid as an excuse to shut the majority of their facilities (no gym, spa, restaurant) and cut corners (no bathrobes, despite the fact they could be washed alongside the towels) when other hotels in the region are keeping their facilities open. For £118 it is a complete rip off. The pool only opened at 10am and closed at 6pm, odd when the temperature was 30 degrees and there were plenty of people by the pool at 6pm. Not much of a 5* experience being shooed away like naughty children. No other hotel we stayed at during our trip had such limited pool opening hours. The hotel booking promised a bath along with a shower, but our room contained only a shower. Honestly save your money. The booking company thought the experience was poor enough to warrant a partial refund, but the hotel refused. They are an embarrassment to Greece and are masquerading as a 5* hotel. Plenty of nicer hotels out there. Mediocre breakfast too and if you wear makeup you'll struggle to apply it in the dark, dingy rooms.

We choose this hotel for its location, star rating, design and expecting a relaxing holiday. Well, let me tell you the hotel and facilities are superb, however the way it is managed and specially the breakfast experience is bad enough to put you off from ever coming back. Like many other businesses, this hotel have decided to employ inexperienced staff to try and provide a 5 star service. Unfortunately they cannot deliver. Cutting corners like that is not the way forward. A whole week and could not get a breakfast tea, orders were taken at a push and delivered at different times, if at all. Poolside service lacking what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Always lacking items from the menu, old tatty menus. Overall, way overpriced for what they offer.

What can I say... the location is ok , the rooms are nice and very clean but apart of that , that’s it. Very nice pool , but very limited on time as they open around ten in the morning and around 17:30 they start putting pools to close it, so you feel intimidated and staff invites you to leave at 6pm. Not beach sun lounges as the locals take the only three available. And as other visitors comment, breakfast is awful!! We are aware of the COVID restrictions, but that’s not a excuse to offer such a poor service. Long waiting for a coffee of over 15 minutes and totally desorganice !! One day we left after 45 minutes and we still didn’t get our orange juice, after asking for it several times. So overall, if you want to pay for a premium hotel but getting a two stars service.. go for it , otherwise don’t bother!! Better hotels around kalamata with probably better service with a fraction of the price. I’m afraid I won’t recommend it. In fact I’ll probably advise to avoid it.

Nice hotel with modern style rooms Proper and very friendly staff Hotel is taking COVID protection measures seriously Beach directly in front of hotel with umbrellas, chairs and service a number of facilities (gym, spa,..) closed due to COVID. Breakfast quality good, but service around it totally disorganized - Endless waiting times Nice, But too expensive for the value it offers
