Was here in occasion of a family function. Due to near buy construction there is a little mess in reaching at hotel but as soon you step in, there is a nice ambiance. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Rooms are quite big and bedding was very much comfortable. Overall a good experience staying here. Food arranged at its hall section was good in taste.

Stayed here for first time mainly due to too attractive rates offered by Yatra.com. It's a big property with lot of money spend on it but due to unprofessional housekeeping it needs cure. Rooms are of very good size, food too is good except for the complimentary breakfast. Every fitting which is either of steel or chrome is in bad shape. If they act this can be a real good hotel.

Stayed here for first time and enjoyed my stay with supporting staff and peaceful environment. Some negative points are also there that some times they takes long time for dinner or lunch order, Other wise over all stay was very good.

I have stay here 2 days in a wedding function. Hotel is nice according to interior decorations.hotel deserves more then awesome bcz of their staffs specially thanks to housekeeping team.they have cleaned my room in a nice way,good hygienic rooms,well trained staffs.i have met to Jitendra from housekeeping always found him with 5star smily face and 5star services in cleaning.i have observed all the staffs was taking care of us..hand to hand services. Santosh and Deepak they cleaned my room nicely....thanks to chefs for good taste of food.again thanks to housekeeping team who kept hotel maintained . Thank you

good clean palace to stay and for party, best place for wedding. Lovely & professional staffs. Good banquet Hall & taste of food is awesome. Nice decorations, best place near by fazalganj & Govind nagar location in Kanpur.

Pleasant stay Pretty banquet Service is quick, Ranjay ( Banquet manager) and his team given excellent service. Specially Ranjay and Aman. I feel Best party ever till Banquet setup, arrangements and food presentation is excellent Over all Experience is waooo.......👌👌👌👍👍👍

I booked 20 rooms for 3 days during a marriage function and these guys never failed to enhance my experience of staying there. Overall a very very good experience staying at the place, be it room or marriage hall :) staff at this place is the x-factor :)
