first of all they will not accept online booking. the only condition, they accept the booking is that you will give your mobile to them & they will give 5 star rating to themselves and after that they will give a small & very very dirty room on top floor. and their behaviour was very very rude. you can see the pictures that i uploaded

Kanpur is very nice holy place .it is so very nice .food is fine and maintained of cleanliness of route is also very nice.hotel staff is friendly and very cooperative , all over service is excellent..
