This Hotel is Far (Apprx 16 Kms away from Kanpur Central Railway Station) , If you have any Work in Panki, in Railway Station or in SAIL Warehouse etc then you should stay here or else you better stay in Kanpur city.
It's Newly Built so Rooms are in Good condition.
but since Restaurant there is not in function you will have to Order your Breakfast Lunch Dinner on Zomato or Swiggy since No any Good Restaurant is within Walking Distance. One Good Restaurant "Deepu Dhaba" is apprx 3-4 Kms Away.
You won't find any Good Shopping Complex nearby so be prepared for that.
There is a Open Field near Hotel which is used as a Godown and to Keep Steel Products Coils , Beams , Plates ,TMT ,Blooms etc , so Big Trailers / Vehicles are Standing Near Hotel Surrounding it . You will find Trailers Drivers nearby.
Not a Very Pleasant place to Stay . Roof Top is not opened for everyone so You cant go there.
another Big Problem (Specially for Me) is that if You will Book this Hotel through Agoda , and Pay in Hotel They won't provide you GST Tax Invoice ,
They say that since You have Booked it through Agoda it's their Responsibility to provide you Tax Invoice ,While Agoda says since you are Paying in Hotel ,its Hotel's Responsibility to Pay the Tax Invoice.
besides that Agoda is based in Singapore so they can't generate a Tax Invoice in India.
I requested to Hotel Grand Majestic but they denied to Provide me the Tax Invoice of my Staying there 08 Nights.
I was in Official Tour and I had to Submit the Bills in my Office.
This Hotel belongs to MNG Groups
so I mailed to hotelbymngrooms@gmail.com for the Tax Invoice but they are not Responding too.
When You Pay any Hotel to Full Amount with GST and still you don't get any Tax Invoice. what a Pathetic Situation is this!!
so You Better beware if you are going to Stay here while Booking done in Agoda/Booking.com
Finally, I won't recommend anyone to stay here until and unless you have any urgent Job/Work in Panki Area.
and I have decided that from now onwards ,I will not stay in any Hotel of MNG Groups neither I will Book Hotel in Agoda if I will be on a Official Trip again.
