This is the place I usually choose to stay during my business stays in Kanpur. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is hygienic and of taste as well. I am particularly pleased with the service because recently I left my trouser and they were kind enough to courier it to me. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I stay here very often. This hotel is like a home away from home for me. The owner takes personal interest in ensuring that guest are taken care of. Though I haven't ever used their banqueting facilities, I am told that they are the best in Kanpur for weddings, conferences & events of the like. I highly recommend this place. In fact the only thing this hotel lacks is a 24 hour coffee shop - but that could be a demand related issue. I am sure they will get there!

The Rooms are lively , cosy, and comfortable. The food is very tasty Both restaurant & in room dining food were very very good. Front office staff has also assisted us multiple times whenever we needed any help. Well sanitized and clean. Overall strongly recommended.

I had a long stay of over 3 weeks at hotel Royal Cliff. Even though they maintain high standards like the branded hotels, their staff are much more warmer and friendlier when compared to their corporate counterparts.
The hotel was very accomodating and adjusting towards our requirements as and when requested. The location is prime and the main tourist attractions in Kanpur are all nearby to the place.
A big thumbs up for them.

I recently visited hotel royal cliff to attend my friend’s wedding and I am glad to share my experience that I had a pleasant stay there. We were welcomed with warm hospitality and their staff left no stone unturned to make us comfortable with our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I must say this hotel is ok but this hotel should not comes in star category hotel, as i come to know this is an 4 star hotel but will share some images of the room so you decide is that comes in star category hotel?? Dust , stains, hair dryer stand , bathroom tabs.. i have visited so many 5 stars and 4 stars property but i never seen such things.. will not give any star to this property.

I recently stayed at the Royal Cliff Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. This was supposed to be a relaxing time with my family, but the hotel's unprofessionalism completely ruined it.
Firstly, the breakfast was a disaster. At 8 in the morning, the food was cold and unappetizing. They couldn't even manage to make a simple dish like French toast properly. It's unacceptable for a hotel to serve such poor quality food to its guests.
The biggest issue was the swimming pool. When we went for a swim, the water was green and there was visible fungus around. This is a serious health hazard and shows a complete lack of maintenance. I even took a picture to show how bad it was.
When I complained to the staff, their response was shocking. They were extremely unprofessional and behaved like roadside people, telling me that it was my fault and that "it is what it is." Such an attitude towards customers is disgraceful and unacceptable.
Royal Cliff Hotel's lack of professionalism and care has greatly affected what was supposed to be quality time with my family. I will not be returning and I advise others to avoid this place if they value their health and comfort.
