Stayed at Kingston, Kanpur for one night while on a work trip. The property is good and well maintained. The only meal I had was breakfast so can’t comment too much about the food. The breakfast buffet was decently stocked and all the items tasted good. The staff is helpful and courteous.
The upkeep of the rooms however, can improve, especially the quality of the mopping.
Apart from that it was a nice and comfortable stay.

I booked a stay at Status Business Hotel for myself and my parents. Upon arrival, we found the room unsatisfactory due to cleanliness issues and the inconvenience of stairs. We requested an upgrade and expressed willingness to pay for it. The management initially offered a complimentary upgrade to Kingston Hotel with the condition that we move back after one week.
However, just two days later, the management of Status Club Hotel informed us that we could stay for the full duration, but we would need to pay for the upgraded room and breakfast, to which we agreed.
Then, the management told us we would need to move on Monday and return on Wednesday. Just hours later, they said we could stay. This back-and-forth has continued, with constant uncertainty about whether we need to move or not.
I booked this hotel based on its reputable brand, expecting a seamless experience. Instead, we have faced constant disruption and uncertainty despite agreeing to pay for the upgrade. Additionally, my father's bottle of whisky, which was in the room, was tampered with—someone drank from it and added water. Despite this, I did not make a fuss. Furthermore, our luggage was prepared for the move, and my mom and dad's pullovers, worth over 7k, went missing from the bag before we left.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I find this level of mismanagement and poor communication highly unethical. I would never recommend this hotel to friends or guests. The mansion is beautiful, but the management’s approach leaves much to be desired, and I fear they may ask us to move again.

Have to book this resort in emergency. It though has A class Infrastructure but the Management Or may be the owner has a small outlook. They are too much worried about petty issues than maintaining customer service. I remember one of my old organisation ruled by a lady was always worried about number of tea bags consumed in a day. Engineers used to left that organisation not because of salary but because of this stupidity. Similarly the breakfast facilities, housekeeping everything was poor, all the staff looked scared and demotivated. Not recommended atleast for a high price of 4000.

First and foremost, the staff are extremely polite and go beyond what is expected of them to ensure that you are comfortable and have a memorable experience. Both the owner, Mr. Pandey, and the lady who handles the reception during the day, Ms. Shweta, are kind and ensure that your stay is productive and meaningful.
The property itself is located in a quiet area and is well-connected to the important attractions of the city. I chose a garden-view room which was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city!

Marvelous staying experience....I recently had a fantastic hotel stay experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and well-appointed with modern amenities. The best thing I like bout this resort is the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The hospitality of the staff, food and other amenities were really great...I specifically wanted to thank the Front office manager Ms. Shwetha Jain who's hospitality was just above any expectation and made us feel so comfortable and happy. It is a nice resort at a very prominent location but at the same time on a very busy road with lot of extra noise. Cleanliness is well maintained .good staff behaviour facilities are also good . It was a good experience in staying at Kingston resort.
