Positives - Room was comfy with a heater provided in normal deluxe room - Check in was quick and they also allowed me a late check out - Location is decent approx 4 km from Station and 2 km from Parade chowk
Negatives - Dont have a buffet breakfast option. Instead I had to order breakfast to be sent to my room which took extra time

This hotel is not in the main area..looked okk from outside, but not maintained well from inside. Food was good and the service was quick. Conference or party rooms were good and equipped with TV and washroom. Suggest to stay for business purpose only..

Rooms were spacious and reasonable clean. Staff was very nice. Hotel food was okay. High speed internet was working fine throughout. Downside was that the heater didn't work properly and it could get a bit noisy with other hotel guests.

We recently visited Kanpur and found a lovely Hotel - KD Palace located at 10/492 Mcrobert Ganj Kanpur.
The hotel was modern, clean and moderately priced. It is in a quiite street, not far from the city centre.
The staff were helpful, friendly and arranged drivers & taxi's for us of a good standard
The restuarant, although not cheap, provided a good range of quality food.
The rooms including bathroom were clean & roomy. The bed was very comfortable.

This is a neat and clean hotel with almost all the facilities. The staff is also pretty helpful. The hotel is situated close to most of the places of interest whether for visit or for business. It is definitely a good value for money.

I visited this place for wedding reception and the banquet hall was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful,food was delicious and decorations were amazing. Nice place to visit or stay with family and friends.

I came here with my family to attend a wedding but the stay here was below average. First thing you will notice : the bad locality, full of trash and garbage around with stray animals roaming around.
Then came our rooms which were too small and claustrophobic. The inside was fine but not great. There was a small LCD and the room was air conditioned. The washroom was okay and the sanitary fittings showed ageing signs. Basic toiletries were bare minimum.
Room service was slow and painful. The staff was not at all trained and could not process just about anything. Highly unprofessional staff and managers too.
Room Tip:Â There is no good room i guess seeing the bad locality outside, better stay indoors !

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I find hotel staff very courteous n helpful... My room was neat n clean. Whenever i came back from the market to the room i find it clean n tidy... Hot water comes 5-10 min after starting the tap. A lil bit noisy, Internet wifi is good. Food is good but very expensive. Overall an average hotel, I would have rate more if they could lower their food n other charges Njoy the stay.
