I visited this hotels first time as I was looking for good property in Kanpur so I end up reaching here.
I booked it via booking.com.
I told them like I have to meet my guest on phone call so I checked in early around 8-9 am and leave on the same day late night as I am here to see my fiancée with my cousins.
She reached here with here sister.
These hotel Guys didn’t allow my guest to come inside room. So with no other choice we met at lobby.
I even asked them if they allow me to cut the cake only for 10-15 minutes in my room. They denied

I went there to celebrate my birthday with my friends. And we like the open air sitting and music of this place. I enjoyed the amezing food and when I told them that it's my birthday, they arranged pastry with cancle for me to celebrate my birthday. I don't live in kanpur but whenever I will come to kanpur I will visit this place again and again. Thanks for giving me beautiful experience.

Everything about the property gets a thumbs up. Mr.Deepak and his entire team made my stay comfortable and memorable. As a solo woman traveller, I was made to feel safe. I recently did my brothers engagement in Regenta Central , The crystal at Solitaire 24 carat .. It was my second function here in last 1 year and again the hotel exceeded my expectation.
I am so so happy to have again selected this awesome venue . Take my words , you don’t have a better hotel in kanpur than Regenta.
For me the first most important thing before booking a venue is the treatment given by the manager . Mrinali is a very friendly and courteous manager i have came across. She made sure that we have a awesome experience by again providing a personal look into every minute detail ranging from giving us the best deals , decoration and food. The rooms are super clean and beautiful.
Food is awesome and has a very wide variety. The staff handling the food section also did a splendid job and i am very happy with them.
The party hall Solitaire is probably the best i have seen in Kanpur. It looks amazingly beautiful and and reminds me of the best hotels in Vegas. Due to such a beautiful hall , the pics and videos look super beautiful , kudos to such an awesome background..
I have been to a lot of good hotels around the world so my expectations of service is always very high and Regenta is by far the best hotel in Kanpur in terms of service provided by the staff . i will keep returning again and again..
