This is one of the shabbiest hotels I’ve stayed in . It is not 3 star but 1 star . The bathroom door was falling apart . The sofa was torn . The drain was open , floor was dirty . Please avoid at all costs

Location is good and the room sizes also excellent. Rather, I feel room sizes could have been even smaller with better in-room amenities and facilities that are more modern in outlook. For example, the ACs could be in better shape with remote devises instead of just manual adjustments and every room's bathroom could be fitted with an exhaust fan (I realised that some room-bathrooms do have exhaust fans as we were shifted from one room to another because of an AC that started playing truant owing to lack of proper servicing, I suppose). If the bathing area under the shower could be cordoned off within the bathroom, then the whole bathroom can be saved from getting wet and messy. Because the rooms are big, there's a comfortable feeling about them. Additional furniture , like sofa sets, are welcome, but can be replaced by sleeker furniture. I also feel, it's one of the better hotels in the price range in central Kanpur. The staff is helpful, but they too have their limitations. What's most irritating is that despite such big rooms, plug points are few; rather in my room there was just one extra point to charge phones, tabs, etc if one wishes to keep the TV on also.

Better than other hotels available in kanpur. Rooms are good but hotel is slightly inside, within a colony. It is a crowded market area and reaching there is a task to perform. Service is good. Food is ok. . Equipped with old style lift. Entry is not at all impressive. Overall did not impress me much. Finding coveyance at odd hours is also a problem. You have to take help from the hotel to get expensive taxi. Very small parking area if you travel by your own conveyance and your car is bou d to be blocked by another passerby's car. Wait till the driver of that car returns. But at the end I still feel it can be one of the options if you cant find a better hotel in this city.

Reception staff and Room Service Staff are nothing but pure cheaters. Following were their acts. 1. Duplicated same Food Bill with a different number and added to Final Bill. It was not having my signature, so they signed themselves. 2. Added to the bill what I have not Asked for. A tea and extra mineral water bottle. My signature not on Room Service Bill. 3. They offered me 2 options on Complimentary Breakfast First: They will reduce Rs200(2 persons) for 3 days that is I will get Rs600 Less. Second: Whatever I eat of any amount ie >200 also will be free. As I eat more I selected the second option. And Ordered 3 plates of different parathas. They charged me on the 3rd plate saying its extra. That too they charged the costliest plate among the 3 plates ordered, where as it shud b free as Breakfast was complimentary. I ate breakfast only for 2 days and not on 3rd day as I checked out still they did not give me 200 discount of 3rd day. They were not ready to listen to me.
There was Dust in Room and Cockroach(Big) in bathroom. Overall Hotel filled with Cheaters.V.V.V BAD Service.

We had booked 5 rooms and organised a family function for 50 people. Our train reached 10+ hrs late at Kanpur from Patna but still hotel management cooperated us and managed our function nicely according to a new time. They also allowed us very late chek-out as our return train got delayed by 12 hrs. Food bill presented to us was perfect and they already added nice rebate in that. Finally they settled to our rate quote easily. So they proved to be a real helping hand in Kanpur to visitors from Patna. They took all care of our stay and transportation.

I have booked for Mandakini Palace but they transfered me to this Hotel. This is much more better than Mandakini Palace. They have lift and well furnished and well renovated. hotel. Service is good. However some 5-6 km from Railway Station. Not a bad stay.They serve complimentary breakfast in room with order with very limited choice.

Hotel Was good,... a bit hard regional spoken staff ... but that can be neglected as well. Rooms were neat and tidy and overall a good stay. I have enjoyed a lot. Will recommended. The kitchen service and quality was also good.

Overall experience was good. Room was good, food was good but the room service needs to be looked after. Also the reservation gud at the time of booking agreed with my terms still at the time I used the room there was no balcony. Pick nd drop guy was on time.

Free airport transfer was not given as mentioned in your website. Bathroom was very dirty. Drinking was not given. Room was not ready when i reached there @12pm. Overall my experience was average. Suggestions- Room should be prepare before reach the customer. You should focus on cleanliness. Transfer policy should be transparent.
