Stayed in this Hotel last 2 weeks October On Arrival very pleased. we decided to pay extra for superior room lvly room then found out we had to pay for fridge and Safe. we were gobsmacked when we paid nearly £200 extra for room . everything in room should be included in price. Found Hotel very Boring no Entertainment nothing at all nobody having drink by bar nothing. Hotel was spotless Some of Staff were lvly especially Theodore everything u wanted to know she would do for you. Food didn't enjoy same thing every night only different was meat when you spend 14 days same thing not very nice. Hotel right in centre of Protaras nice flat busy road outside so just be careful. would I go back NO Hotel was to quiet not enough going on.
Booked this trip 4 days before departure, we chose this hotel not only for the price but the location as we have been a few times to this resort, on the main strip and 5 mins to the beach. We left fig tree alone this time as it was swamped with children as the bathing is so safe. The hotel was modern and clean and everyone very attentive (although they could find out why our tv couldn’t get uk channels, which would have kept my hubby quiet whilst I got ready) sunbeds I suppose could be an issue as the 3 pool areas can be quite shady at different parts of the day, so beds in the sun all day were taken early, not a problem to us as we prefer the beach. Breakfast offered something for everyone, cooked breakfast, cereal, toast and pancakes. Very well organized, but didn’t understand why you had to reserve you’re time of your expected visit the day before. We never used the half board option at the hotel, but we did use the dine around option and booked in Marcellas Italian, and to be honest it wasn’t worth the wait, as it was just ok. Couldn’t really understand the covid rules !!! To enter a supermarket you needed to show your Cypriot passenger locator form at the door and face mask and 2 meter distances, but you could walk straight out of the supermarket and straight into a local pub and sit with strangers with no checks what so ever😖 I would definitely return to this hotel for a last minute week away as everything is to hand and a very good standard…
The hotel was exactly what we wanted - clean, friendly, good food and plenty of things to do. The dine around was a great option and loved the Asian restaurant! Pools are not as big as shown and the sun goes over during the day so some selfish people religiously claimed 'their' beds by before 7am!!!! then didn't use them until the afternoon. The staff worked so hard and we would definately go back. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
Returned from our 4th trip to this hotel, and it never disappoints. As been said on many previous reviews, location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach, and in the middle of the heart of the strip. Staff, without exception are superb, big shout out to Monika, who looked after us in the restaurant several times, and always had a smile on her face. The only slight negative is the usual problem abroad, ‘sunbed savers’. If you arrived after about 8.30 in the morning you were lucky to get a bed. I wish hotels would do what they threaten, and remove all the towels, and put them in a pile (can’t even blame the Germans this time, as wasn’t any here).
We booked this hotel last minute as our original holiday to Mexico had been cancelled. We chose it due to the reviews and were not disappointed. The location is perfect for the beach and the nightlife. We had a beautiful room at the front of the hotel that looked out to sea and were woken up each morning to a spectacular sunrise. Toiletries, tea / coffee making facilities were provided and you have an option to pay extra if you want to use the fridge. There is a flat screen TV and if you choose to you can watch BBC1. There was plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the dine out option but the food in the hotel was some of the nicest we have had. Every single meal we ate there was beautiful with plenty of choice. One day we swapped our evening meal for a 3 course lunch which was really handy. The evening meal is buffet style and the lunch time one is table service. The only slight change I would make is to provide soft drinks with all meals and not just breakfast. Every member of staff that we came across was really friendly and helpful. The biggest shout out has to go to Petounia at the pool bar. She is so friendly and welcoming and had a chat to every person that came to the bar and has the amazing ability to make everyone feel like a friend. She makes the fantastic cocktails and works tirelessly. The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.…
